I think it is healthy that you two keep everyone here in check, even myself; cause we all know how last term went. A lot of us fans of Trump (not followers mind you) started to really idolize the guy and I think it got really unhealthy in America due to that.
I do believe he and his cabinet do a lot of things that need to be done; fixing and making things more efficient and transparent for all but I follow Jesus and ultimately Jesus reigns and is the head. Humans are flawed and make mistakes every day. I believe the Bible tells us that it is good to support our leaders (even Biden everyone or who ever is in the seat of presidency of the United States)
I pray for an excellent next four years and an even better four years after that; so on and so forth.

My wife and I have been cutting coupons ever since 2021. Under Biden, my wife and I felt like we went backwards about $10,000 a year in income due to inflation.

Why are right wingers apparently okay with parents who refuse to get their children vaccinated, and then the children get sick and die? If it's okay for parents to do that, why isn't it okay for them to let their kids get gender reassignment surgery? I'm not okay with kids doing it behind their parents' backs, but if they have parental consent why should the government have the right to tell them they can't? I'm against abortion in every way, but it's not the government's place to tell grown people if they can or can't get an abortion. If it's a minor who doesn't have parental consent, then yeah there should be laws against that.
I thought Maga and the Republicans were supposed to be all about freedom and limited government. Seems to me every new move they make means more oppression for people. They want freedom when it's convenient for them, but not everyone else.

I am getting tired of people just making assertions without any arguments. It's why I sometimes just have to step away for a few days or weeks. I strive to engage in good faith with arguments and points... if someone disagrees, that's okay... put poke at my argument/point before trying to make personal assertions. We accuse people on the left of doing this, but the truth is that both sides do it and there is no accountability for it. I appreciate that you try to do the same as me. As for the guy you quoted, I've seen this is a pattern for him. Okay, my venting is over.

I thought the Bible was against mutilation?
Why would you agree to force vaccinations on people when they have laws protecting big pharma (who by the way get rich off of vaccinations AND make a lot off the transgender hoax) from any lawsuits if some of said vaccines harm people?
It's called using your brain, by your logic, if the parents approve, lets just start giving the kids coke and meth?

But you are correct poking fun has become the predominant style, perhaps it is a spill over from You Tube or something.
Even if you read the Signal posts by the esteemed Cabinet members, they sound like rank amateurs with fist pumps before they go slaughter innocent people, they did not even kill their intended target and then they take credit for failure as some great victory.
And then the interrogation, I mean really isn't the true patriot the one who puts their country first and owns up to their mistakes rather than deflecting and lying under oath.
I am so tired of "look at the Dems" how about the Republicans move the standard upward and own it.
You are very good to discuss topics with, I absolutely agree.
You are also very good at stepping away, sometimes I do get drawn in, the baiting and such, getting caught up in it.
Typically the problems/issues are far more complex than can really be discussed in a meaningful way on a discussion board.
