Rainy day here. According to the forecast, tomorrow and the next day also.
Praise the Lord there were no structures damaged in my county during the 5AM wind storm. We are expecting a cluster of wind storms in 2-4 hours so please pray for me when you think about it.

I have to top and seriously trim over a hundred old Hemlocks ASAP. The big maple and a big hemlock the neighbor almost completely killed is going to be the biggest and most immediate challenge. My chainsaw wouldn't start last times I've tried. It's a good pro saw, so I think the fuel messed it up.
Gotta git it done.

Have mercy, you've got quite a job ahead of you. I pruned one tree recently and fortunately I didn't have to climb it. You're just really brave in a myriad of ways! I'll definitely be praying for your well being and safety.
lol, I was thinking the same thing. It finally stopped and the sun's out today. Unfortunately, there are a lot of places around here that have had bad flooding and tornados.
