Perhaps God sent you to her to comfort her in her time of need. It might be wise though to avoid becoming emotionally involved. I will certainly say a prayer for this dreadful situation.

I just noticed that you are 15.
When I was young and had a crisis in my life, my pastor was there for me.
He and I talked. I appreciate his wisdom and how God used him for that time to help me get through that time. You should call yours right now and tell him what you shared here earlier. Ask him and your parents if you can meet up and talk this through. That will help.
Get off the forum and look up his phone number now. Call him .
You can let us know later how you are.
fine but we did talk.

Life IS worth living friend.
We all have times of depression and don't know how it can turn around.
That is our weak human experience.
God knows that and that's why He's there for you.
He just wants you to reach out to him.

Cast all your cares upon Him because He cares for you.

I have some good material on depression that should be helpful.
Did I send you a link to >Dr Scott Eilers on Depression< YouTube channel? He's one of two therapists that I respect. The videos help explain the process, and offer some simple practical advice.
The other is >Therapy in a Nutshell <
You can do a search on these channels with whatever you want to learn more about.

I am praying for you brother.
What else can I do?
Would you like to talk?
not much that i know of you could do.
i can talk. i like explaining and thinking about my alter ego.

I hope you are feeling better today, Enril. You said on my profile this was your favourite verse so I am just putting
it here now before I will forget... and I hope this young woman is able to find some peace in her situation.

1 Corinthians 6:9-11 ~ Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who submit to or perform homosexual acts, nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor verbal abusers, nor swindlers, will inherit the kingdom of God. And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified, in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God. :)

fine but we did talk.
I'm glad you did the best thing.
You'll want to stay in touch with him and it might seem uncomfortable, but it will help a lot if you let him know that you'd like him to keep you strong, ENCOURAGED and accountable for lack of a better word. Right now you know you're having an exceptional challenge. We ALL need encouragement and direction when facing difficulties.
I need that.
You need that.
Your friend who went through trauma needs it too, but it's going to have to come from a mature Christian or group of mature believers.
You might even have a Sunday school teacher at church or someone else who can be in that roll for you too, a mentor. Look for some man who you see in a leadership role who seems to be doing a good job. It can be an usher or deacon, but I would have a couple older mentors.
Mine were my pastor, Sunday school teacher and men that I went soul winning with. That's outreach to tell the community how to be saved.
An activity like that is the best way to encourage yourself, others and the lady you met.

Praying for you.

We might be able to do that sometime.
When I put that out here, I didn't realize or forgot that you were 15.
My policy is to let parents initiate conversation if I am asked to speak to anyone under 18. They would need to call me and set up something like that. Nothing personal.

One thing I'm glad you have a church and a local pastor. He is right there for you as are your parents. If I could change anything at your age, I would connect with my parents then and stay close. It would have saved me a lot of unnecessary challenges.

Just know that you have support here on the forum, but those who are close to you can help best.

Are you ok now?
Did you get that thought out of your mind you mentioned earlier?
