they had no faith in Christ to save them - their faith was in what they themselves did.

If you notice AFTER they had faith in what Peter said and OBEYED what he said to do THEY WERE SAVED.

Peter ALL FILLED WITH THE HOLY GHOST SAID, when you get it this happens.

WHEN was the three thousand souls ADDED? Yea AFTER being baptized!!
When someone is being baptized in JESUS name who is doing the work?
1. The person who is obeying?
2. The JESUS disciple DOING HIS JOB, I would say he is following what JESUS told him to do. Storing treasures in Heaven.
3. OR was it JESUS working as it's HIM that fills us with the Holy Ghost?
WHO IS WORKING?
James 2:14-26 What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? (((can faith save him)))?
CAN FAITH SAVE HIM?
So to you people who have faith will be saved, but people who OBEY and get baptized in JESUS name for remission of sins and JESUS fills them with the Holy Ghost will go to Hell.

HAVE YOU BEEN FILLED WITH THE HOLY GHOST SINCE YOU HAVE BELIEVED?
