When God created man. Is this happened literal physical or Spiritual?

My emphasize here is proclaiming Jesus is a God or God is not a basis to salvation.
That is why it is not important to answer the question if I affirm or not.
MATTHEW 7:21
21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
So to affirm that Jesus is God or Not God won't help.
What matters is To Do the Will of God the Father.

I can't really understand your point in your question.
Because to answer your question directly then my answer is I'm living on earth right now that is why I know I was born.
Then God created a physical man, and we also have a spirit - imagination, conscience, intuition. When we’re saved, these (or our spirit) become home to the Holy Spirit.
We all born through science and not physically created by God.
And through science, we have inborn PWD people.
I don't think those inborn PWD people were physically created by God.
God doesn't want PWD to suffer. But God has nothing to do with it because nature was given a freewill too.
To say that we are born through science and not created by God just doesn't make sense. Science is the name we give to the study by man of his environment, How could man's study of his environment create man? In addition, God says in His word:
“And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.” (Ge 2:7 NKJV)
Dust and breath are physical things.
In man's understanding Dust & Breath is in literal physical.
Let us not forget.
God the Father is Speaking in Parables.
PSALMS 78:2
2 I will open my mouth in a parable: I will utter dark sayings of old:
EZEKIEL 20:49
49 Then said I, Ah Lord God! they say of me, Doth he not speak parables?
And God the Father gave us this warning so we are aware of it.
Because what we understand is earthly things. But God the Father is referring to Heavenly Things.
ISIAH 55:8-9
8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord.
9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.
God the Father is talking about Spiritual Dust & Breath.
The Spiritual meaning of it could be revealed by God the Father if we recognize or identify the One True God.
Then we can identify the One True God if the recognition to Jesus Christ is a revelation from the Father (Matthew 16:15-17)
When I'm reading the holy bible or the words of God. As if God is speaking in front of me. And I just listen to him.

LUKE 10:38-42

39 And she had a sister called Mary, which also sat at Jesus' feet, and heard his word.

So I heard what God the Father said that he is Speaking in Parables (Psalms 78:2 & Ezekiel 20:49).
Likewise Our Lord Jesus Christ too (Mark 4:34)
Thinking that everything God says is Parables is not come from me. It comes from God.

JOHN 6:54-56, 60 & 66
54 Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day.
55 For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed.
56 He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him.
60 Many therefore of his disciples, when they had heard this, said, This is an hard saying; who can hear it?
66 From that time many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him.
When my recognition to Our Lord Jesus was come from Man only. That is what I thought (Genesis is not a parable).
But when my recognition to Jesus was a revelation from God the Father (Matthew 16:15-17).
That was the time God the Father revealed that he is really speaking in Parables.
Considering the Age of the Earth is 4.57 Billion years already.
And the Dinosaurs existed 201 to 252 Millions years ago only. But during that time there were no people on earth.
Therefore the Creation of Man in Genesis 1:26-27 is a Parable.
It's so easy to tell that you accept the words of God. But the verse I posted are not coming from me but they are the words of God.
Our Lord Jesus knows what is in your heart.
MATTHEW 15:8-9
8 This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.
9 But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.
Here is another example that in the book of Genesis God the Father is Speaking in Parables.
This warning was given by God the Father to Adam & Eve.
He said on the day they eat the forbidden fruit, they will surely die on that day.
But they didn't die on that day when they ate it because they still live longer.
GENESIS 2:17
17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.
