Are you saying that these two statements are not different? That you cannot see the difference between them?
Then, how about telling us which is the correct translation and which is the false translation. Because, we would kinda like to know.

I honestly think it was some kind of 'show all your Christian cards initiation', cause nothing else makes sense. Actually? I thought it kind of like someone looking for an arguement. He even said 'I challenge you' about some verse. I am not really all that new either but it's been awhile. Would you believe I left because I was so up to here with the arguing and nasty comments? yeah

I did clarify. It seems you want something I either do not have or do not care to give. As I stated above, I am a returning poster and I remember you. I have no idea why you are being so obnoxious or why you are confused as to what I said. Other people are not confused so I think this is on you whether you think so or not. Tonight was the first time I even posted here in a long time and it seems some who have been here for awhile believe they have the right to question others as though they were the forum police.
I remember you as being that way but kindly find someone else who may less aware of your 'charms'. I am not here to argue or prove myself to you or anyone else. I think you might challenge yourself into being less abrasive and acting less like a traffic cop who has a quota of cars to pull over. Sadly your sarcastic response above is typical of those who bully others and I'm not sure you realize how you come across. I won't respond to further attempts at arguing or whatever name you give it.
It should be noted that the atmosphere here depends on those who participate in the forum. If some of those people swagger around and demand answers to questions from people that for all intents and purposes only just joined and those same people do not seem able to let anything go, then perhaps they are best just put on ignore. Sorry to derail, but THIS is perhaps one of my greatest pet peeves about this awesome site.
No site is perfect, but I have found this one to be GENUINE, without pretense, patient, but still standing firm on heresy.
But people coming back here under a new screenname, WITHOUT identifying who they were before, should not be permitted.
They have everyone, supposed friend or foe, for whatever reasons, past interactions, and how that colors their present interactions is patently unfair. You can usually tell because they enter a thread with a giant chip on their shoulder.
Then, to top it off, they always make their profiles private.
You're the one who got into a snit. You're the one who used language that is ambiguous, you're the one with the limited comprehension who cannot see how your words are indeed ambiguous, and you're the one who decided to be a jackdonkey when questioned. My challenge is for you to explain a passage of Scripture IF you hold one particular view. If you hold that view, then defend it! If you don't, then just say so!
You still have not clarified your position on my question. You have, however, made your position perfectly clear with regard to your hypersensitivity to tension and inability to handle resistance. Perhaps you should extend your break from this site while you grow a thicker skin and a better grasp on the English language.

You know, I did not even have to identify as a return. I did because I have nothing to hide; not that that would be your business anyway. My profile is private because before I even posted anything, someone in this forum posted a bunch of things I should carefully and prayerfully study. Nothin on the list I believed I needed to follow their orders on. Further, during my last 'visit', someone started sending me unwanted pms. I guess you'll just have to live with my decision.
I don't think you are one bit sorry and derailing seems to be a popular pastime in this forum.
