ahh I love saskatchewan, you dont have to worry about falling to your death in saskatchewan... lol!!! jk I have tons of family there and our family homestead is in erwood just east of hudson bay. have fam in saskatoon and all over actually. and btw watch the news... although its not the bitter cold windy saskatchewan winter, vancouver & the island are going to have to budget for snow removal from now on cause they've had a few bad ones in a row! I'm sorry but i just love to watch them suffering... lol... oh & kenora girl... u r supposed to get 30 today SWEEET!!! Oh, just a reminder that i am married as well and posting in here. :D
Fall to your death in BC and freeze to death in Saskatchewan. There is just nowhere safe to live. Especially not in Australia either because of all the creepy crawlies down there.

There's something interesting i just found out about the video i posted. Aaron Russo passed away shortly after the interview took place. They say he died of cancer but its interesting that he passed away after his this radio interviewing expressing 9/11 and the plans for the Bio chip. it looks like they want to use the chips to control the money. There must be some truth to what he's saying

Working in tech support once a US man called for help to me and while I was troubleshooting his issue, he asked me where we were located. I told him that we are in Canada. He replied: "Oh, Righteo then." I said: "Dude, that's England."

Hey Faith4Life, I would encourage you not to get too obsessed with this kind of stuff. I went through all of this some time ago to the point where it was unhealthy. Then you begin to think everything you hear on YouTube could be true.

If this is what's happening then it really doesn't affect you, because your call from God doesn't change regardless of what is happening in the world. You are still called to "Be perfect as your Father in heaven is perfect." Concentrate on that and spend your time focused on that, and don't waste hours on New World Order, NAU and other stuff.

If you want some good videos from a Christian perspective though, that I believe are much healthier - though I still would only watch at max one every 2 days - look up Walter Veith on Google Video. You can learn all about what the Papacy and the Jesuits (Black Pope) are up to in the world, and how they are accomplishing the overthrow of America. Also learn about the satanist/Free Mason preachers on TV passing for Christians.

you post that with a smile??? I sincerely hope not. I love being Canadian & would rather not deal with the US issues... sure is nice to have cancer and get treatment without worrying about the bill... (not me, my friend & mother had cancer & we still own our home!)

I agree, my brother in law tends to get wrapped up in this stuff, although its good to be informed... its also good to live your life in peace and joy that is in knowing Christ Jesus as Lord and savior. He is risen and although I am aware, I do not fear these worldly things... because... Christ is RISEN!!! and he's bigger than all this! Praise the Lord!

I said it with a smile because Canada is such a great country. The US is going to a health care system just like Canada so it should be so much better than it is now. Everything the government runs turns out great. Just look how great GM (Government Motors) is doing now. Obama fired the CEO of the company. so much for capitalism. The government runs the public schools and see how great they are?!? So why not let the government run everything. They have a great track record.

Hi Whiteknight,

Asking about 'non-Degrasse' Canadian TV:

I'd suggest looking at some Canadian humour (note the CORRECT spelling with a handsome 'u' between the O and the R) like the Royal Canadian Air Farce, This Hour Has 22 Minutes, or the Red Green Show.

We don't have a lot of great sitcoms or things to compare with what Hollywood can produce, but some decent shows over the years have been Adderly (kinda a Canadian McGyver eh!), Little Mosque on the Prairie (sitcom, but just the title is worth a go), The Littlest Hobo (a very polite Lassie, but it had some kind of weird appeal) and Road to Avonlea (an Anne of Green Gabbles thing). I've tried to include several genres here... and I should throw in an old sci-fi show called The Starlost which I recall liking years ago.

We do produce some excellent non-fiction through the CBC (like the BBC but for dyslexics) with shows such as Canada; A People's History, The Nature of Things, and of course good quality news reporting (though if you're a Fox news/Rush Limbaugh viewer you will of course be disappointed... for some strange reason, our shows are not very American).

I could also have my citizenship removed if I didn't mention Hockey Night in Canada (I'm doing the dan de dan dan, dan de dan dan dan theme as I type...).

I have to say that I'm in total agreement with Imoss and Raeshelle.

There are a lot of nice countries in the world, but I would rank Canada as the top. I've had the opportunity to live/work in several countries now, including England and the US, and I'd like to echo Dorothy and say, "There's no place like home!"

Canada is not God's kingdom though, and my heart cries most of all for that home. May His kingdom come.

Sounds interesting, Dragoon. Hopefully I'll have the time to check them out soon. Can I view them online? Most of the channels I get are American ones. Except for BBC america.

I cant believe they no longer have our theme song da na na na na na.... it's like eliminating Oh Canada!! seriously we should hunt down the person who decided to take the theme song away from Hockey and righteously rebuke them using hockey sticks... oh... not so christian of me. Its ok though cause the song still plays in my mind b4 a game.
