if we are going to talk about the Catholics we should get our facts straight some are born saints.

Too bad for you. (n)

Hi not the answer I thought you would say. "Everyone is spiritually dead at conception before Baptism." <---who says this? Its no where in the word of GOD. Being baptized does not can not take away sin. This is only done by going through one door. He said I am the way the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father but by Yeshua/Jesus Christ...whom I will be so happy to just be at His feet forever. There is a reason for me I say that.

So back up what your saying by His word :)

Original Sin is your answer. ;)

As an infant?!
Or as an adult. Anglicans teach that a baby is born again when it is baptised. I don't agree, for obvious reasons. I was born again just before my 21st birthday.

Having said that, the local Anglican pastor is one of the few around here that I can have real fellowship with. Most of them are too aloof. When I was first saved, most fellowships were welcoming and friendly (I traveled over a fair bit of Australia and SE Asia). Now, many are suspicious of newcomers. As one Pentecostal pastor I know said, "You have to be a member here two years before we let you hand out the hymnbooks".

God is way bigger than our doctrines and preconceived notions. I grew up believing that I was a Christian because I was born in a Christian country. God was well able to dispel my false concepts and the simple gospel led me to accept Christ as Saviour and Lord.

Poor punctuation has pummelled your post with perplexity.

Are you claiming, “Catholics believe that some are saints from birth onward” or “I believe some are saints from birth onward”?

If the former, the opinions of apostates are irrelevant. If the latter, on what basis?

Do you know Jesus as your Lord and Savior? Are you saved by Him?

🥳
I believe all sound/correct doctrine of Jesus Christ. If you don't believe all sound/correct doctrine of Jesus Christ, I know Jesus as Lord and Savior better than you do and I am more saved than you.

I was raised as a Baptist to believe I was NOT a Christian until I professed my faith publicly, which I did once I built up enough
courage to walk the aisle at the age of 8-9, but much later as an adult I realized that because my parents raised me according to
God's plan A and I had never rebelled against God's Word, that I have been saved all of my life as Paul indicated regarding Timothy
(2Tim. 3:15).

I also realize that finding a compatible church is more problematic than finding a soulmate: The closest one is conservative
Methodist and the teaching too shallow for my satisfaction, preferring to emphasize fellowship groups more than Bible study
groups (not sure they know what systematic Bible study is, actually), and the other church I belong to has better teaching but
is far away and does not apply GW to apologetics and politics, which is a big interest of mine. So, CC is my church for now,
because at least it is a place where I can share my lifelong learning with younger truthseekers as I learn from interactions
with beliefs that are not encountered in the circles I travel, such as "tulipism" and "Actsism".

That’s both arrogant and ridiculous. The Bible says nothing about “more saved” or “less saved”.

16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel. For it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth, to the Jew first, and to the Greek. 17 For the justice of God is revealed therein, from faith unto faith, as it is written: The just man liveth by faith. 18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and injustice of those men that detain the truth of God in injustice: 19 Because that which is known of God is manifest in them. For God hath manifested it unto them. 20 For the invisible things of him, from the creation of the world, are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made; his eternal power also, and divinity: so that they are inexcusable.

Then he is not saved if he refuses to believe all sound/correct doctrine of Jesus Christ.
That's sidestepping. Your statement is arrogant and unbiblical, and that has nothing to do with anyone else.
