Precious friend, in this case, iniquity would Equate to all that was done (even seeming 'good')
Without faith = iniquity (In God's Sight!) Bible Example:

"An high look, and a proud heart, and the plowing of the wicked, is sin."​
(Proverbs 21:4 AV) = 'plowing' is a good work, right?​

We seemed to have gotten a slew of people lately saying they have had dreams and visions from God and most have turned out to be false or worse, teaching doctrines of demons. So how will the Holy Spirit be poured out in the end times if not in dreams and visions, and how will they know if it is truly the Holy Spirit versus a unclean or evil spirit.

yes, but hardly likely. God usually doesn't speak to us thru dreams.

Then how would you read this in the Bible..

Acts 2:17
And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:

And its there more than once...

Joel 2:28
And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:

And we see Peter and Paul and of course Joseph and Mary and many others with visions or dreams...

Acts 10:19
While Peter thought on the vision, the Spirit said unto him, Behold, three men seek thee.

Acts 16:9
And a vision appeared to Paul in the night; There stood a man of Macedonia, and prayed him, saying, Come over into Macedonia, and help us.

Matthew 2:12
And being warned of God in a dream that they should not return to Herod, they departed into their own country another way.

Matthew 27:19
When he was set down on the judgment seat, his wife sent unto him, saying, Have thou nothing to do with that just man: for I have suffered many things this day in a dream because of him.

Revelation 9:17
And thus I saw the horses in the vision, and them that sat on them, having breastplates of fire, and of jacinth, and brimstone: and the heads of the horses were as the heads of lions; and out of their mouths issued fire and smoke and brimstone.

although knowledge arrives in the morn, it's not always thru a dream. a pastor once said that only 3 times in the N.T., does God speak to someone thru a dream. i don't know if that's true, i never looked it up.

Joel 2 verses 28 plus 32a I will pour out My Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions. And everyone who calls on the name of the LORD will be saved.

thanks Magenta. i am familiar with those verses. i do not know the full extent of this subject. it would be refreshing to hear, worldwide, that this is occurring now.

You are welcome, Karlon! I have been hearing for a few years that people are having dreams
about Jesus and then converting to Christianity as a result of that and subsequent events.
Jesus is appearing to people all over the world, but Muslims in particular are seeing Him more
and more. Mission Frontiers magazine found 25% of Muslims who convert to Christianity encounter
Jesus in a dream or vision. Yet some with boots on the ground claim that percentage is too small. source
