A Man And His Lamp

A short story of a man and his lamp.

A man found a lamp and bring it home.

He started exploring the lamp...

The more he explored the lamp gets more intriguing

Seemingly the lamp got into his life

He used it to navigate daily

At times, he finds it hard to see with the lamp.

He wondered why?

For example, the lamp which he took has no light and it makes his life's navigation a challenge.

Then come along his friends, they tried to sell him a different lamp.

Will he change his lamp?

Not everyone has a lamp in their life.

Some will have the wrong lamp in their life and it won't work

Some like this man have the correct lamp but lack of something which shine the light for his life's navigation.

A correct lamp and light make the perfect journey in your life.

I think it is the opposite of what your saying here ------I think the Lamp found the man -----and made him curious to explore the Lamp ------His heart was open to explore the lamp and find out what the lamp was all about ------

I say ----The Lamp symbolizes God and His word in Scripture ------and God always finds us and stirs us to know more about Him and His word ----- we don't Find God ---God finds us ------

I say -----This says he started wanting to know more about the Lamp because his hardened heart has been changed to a more acceptable heart to want to know more about the Lamp -----

He used it to navigate daily

At times, he finds it hard to see with the lamp.

I say ------So your saying here that the lamp he found had no light ------so this means that the Lamp he is using to navigate daily is void of any real Spiritual substance ------so he has the unlit lamp which symbolizes the absence of Spiritual knowledge, and a lack of divine presence ----so the Lamp is void of the right Faith for understanding the real truth of what the lamp is for in his life -------which is to keep his path straight by illuminating the right way to tread -----

Then come along his friends, they tried to sell him a different lamp.

I say ------There are many who will come to us and try to sell us a different Lamp -----that is why it is very important to make every effort to know how to get the unlit Lamp ----Lit ---with the right light and Faith so you can distinguish what Fake lamp they are trying to sell you ------discernment needed here -------

Will he change his lamp?

I say ------That is the real question ???????????------we have free will to accept the true Lamp or reject it ----and buy the other Fake Lamp ===

Not everyone has a lamp in their life.

Some will have the wrong lamp in their life and it won't work

I say -----I think many believe they have the Lamp in their life but their ignorance of knowing the False UNLIT Lamp from the True LIT Lamp is obscuring their Judgment and knowledge of what the true Lamp is ----and today I blame the Ministers who preach mainly on the False UNLIT Lamp as they themselves have not the true LIT Lamp in them

Some like this man have the correct lamp but lack of something which shine the light for his life's navigation

I say -----I disagree with this Statement here ------because ----the Satan can parade like the true Lamp and deceive people ----so again one needs DISCERNMENT of the Spirits to know which is the True Lamp and which is the Fake Lamp ------One needs to know their Scriptures really well so they know the truth from the False --Lamp -----

The Lamp the man was carrying around was UNLIT ------and lacked the right Spiritual knowledge ---the lamp was dark -----

God says --you can't put the Real Lamp under the Table ----and expect to see rightly ----the Lamp needs to be on top of the Table where is dispels all darkness -----

Pro 13:9 The light of the righteous rejoiceth: but the lamp of the wicked shall be put out.

Pro 20:20 Whoso curseth his father or his mother, his lamp shall be put out in obscure darkness.

Mat 25:3 They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them:

Mat 25:4 But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.

The wise had the Holy Spirit active in themselves with the anointing to be taught God's word.

The foolish did not receive the Spirit.
