If you really need transport, there's uber, but I don't know if its common in your area.
E-bikes - they can run out of battery, unfortunately. But like everything, you need to maintain them.
if you are short of money and need something like to cover necessary medical care, and your country doesn't provide welfare, I think you can do a Crowdfund and an appeal and the good-hearted people with big pockets may donate or sponsor you, The thing with Crowdfund or Givealittle, is it all adds up, so even if people don't have loads of cash to spare, if everyone donates a dollar, the combined total may be enough.
I mean you can take my advice or not, it may not work for you. But I think reading your posts that you need hope and to get to a better place. It's not a good thing to hate your parents. Been there, done that.
