On what basis do you believe Sarah, the wife of Abraham, the father of Israel, wasn't a Christian?
Thank you, Seoul, I appreciate your friendship to be sure. This is not the first time Lanolin has chosen to
misrepresent herself, and me. She once said she has corrected me quite a bit on matters, when the truth
of the matter lives in another galaxy altogether, since we rarely say anything at all to each other.
She is as misguided now as she was then. Here.
That is a VERY serious accusation to make. Are you prepared to defend it standing before God?

Most people don't realize that I am friends with a lot of people here who have very different beliefs than I do. My experience on this site was the first time I'd ever heard of certain teachings, such as once saved, always saved. Many of the long-time friends I have here and I differ on everything from communion and baptism to hell and the Trinity. I feel very blessed to be around people I've been able to discuss things with rather than constantly try to shout over or "correct" each other. Now, I'm certainly not saying anything goes, but I believe there are many, many things we won't fully understand until we get to heaven -- if we are ever even meant to understand.
@Magenta has spent numerous hours over the years corresponding with me through various stages of my life, including scares with cancer. For whatever reason, my system likes to throw out loops where the doctors say, "We have to run more tests," or "This needs to be removed." I've been very, very fortunate so far, but it's frightening, especially as a single not knowing how I'd manage. Her art panels have lifted my spirits in ways that other things do not, often because of the bright colors (which I find essential to my own mental health.) I find God ministering to me through colors in a way that can't be expressed just through words.
Magenta has been immensely kind in sharing her knowledge, friendship, and comfort during some of those unsure times.
If it's one thing I don't like, it's seeing a good friend slandered.
I don't catch every post and I'm not always able to speak up, but when I can, I most certainly will.

These days my attention has turned more to video making for the songs I have composed... but
some also require at least one if not more images, so I am still doing a bit of that work. I am
always happy to hear how much they have ministered to you in ways other things could not.

Sarah was Hebrew, she wasn't Christian because she lived in OT before Jesus was here in the flesh, so she couldn't have followed Christ. Just because Hebrews/Jews/Israelites were the chosen people doesn't mean they were perfect and Christ-like.
Sarah had some ugly behaviour, trying to manipulate Abraham, and take shortcuts with God. She also laughed when God told her she was going to have a baby in her old age, as if God couldn't make a miracle.
She was cruel to Hagar and made her take a position that wasn't her own choice. After she realised her mistake, she didn't really repent she tried to fix it herself. Thus it took even LONGER to have the promised child.

Contrast Sarah with Elizabeth in the new Testament.

Apparently Hagar (the bondwoman) was not free. She was an Egyptian slave.
In terms of Christians, Christ and his followers were not heard of back then.
However God did see her distress, but the specific promised blessing was not to be hers or her son's. She had to go back to her mistress, because a bondwoman/slave is bound.
People sometimes think slavery is a good thing and masters/mistress would never treat their slaves cruelly, but this story in the Bible it's apparent that's not the case.
In Christ we are neither slave nor free, Jew or Greek, male or female. But back then BC i.e Before Christ, it was different. There was a clear hierarchy and Sarah was Queen Bee.
In the US, the slave owners did not like their slaves getting 'uppity' with them and would often take cruel measures to keep them in line. They had no choice but to say yes to everything their owners wanted them to do.

Hagar broke the rules of feminism, ie. she got with Abraham to have his child. And had to live with his wife. But she was coerced into it by Sarah herself. Did Hagar bring this upon herself, (wasn't her choice was it?) or did Sarah? It was Sarah. Sarah became jealous and insecure.

One of David's many wives, Michal was jealous of Davids many female admirers. She disapproved of his dancing. Punishment - barren for the rest of her days. David married again.
In Mean Girls, the boy Regina and Cady fight over is Aaron Samuels, who is Regina's first which she dumps and Cady picks up, but Regina's ex is forbidden to Cady because ...rules of feminism. He was Regina's first and thus her 'property'. Regina takes Aaron back just because she can and to be mean to Cady and parades him around even though she doesn't like him that much. But then she cheats on Aaron with Shane Oman.
Did Cady bring this upon herself? By breaking the rules of feminism, or acting 'uppity'? I don't know. I think she just didn't know the rules or how you just don't cross a Queen Bee like Regina.
Women can be very possesive of their men, even their exes. Like if I can't have him, nobody else can. It's kind of weird, but I suppose jealousy is a real thing, even God can be jealous.
Might discuss the how Regina ruined Janis life by implying she was a lesbian bit later. (Although nowadays, its a bit more accepted) If you are female and you can't attract a man, it's like the worst thing. If you look masculine and don't doll yourself up and be pretty, its like you'll never be accepted into the 'in' crowd. If you don't wear the right clothes, are the wrong race..are different, whatever. Plastics are plastic because they are clones and like perfect glamorous Barbie dolls. No woman can sustain that kind of glamour all the time.
Lindsay Lohan had something like 60 costumes changes for this one movie. I don't think this is possible in real life, or to always wear pink on Wednesdays and not repeat outfits.

I do not remember much of Mean Girls even though I watched it when it came out. But everything Lanolin said about Sarah and Hagar is correct.
