Well, they locked up Rudolf Hess for the duration of the war and afterward so as not to accept it, so I'd say yes.
They talk about freeing Iran, and then try to justify the necessity of nuking the place because they're losing their illegal war. Zionism is a mental illness.
Hitler never made a credible offer, and neither did Iran. In fact, they bragged just the opposite.

Hess was locked up from 1941 until his death in 1987, at the age of 93. Kind of a severe sentence for a pacifist madman, if the offer was non-credible.
Similar to Iran's offer, really. One party to the negotiation obviously didn't want peace, and it wasn't the side offering the concessions, or the call to arms need not have been so urgent.
