Oh sorry, @HeIsHere I didn't realize that was a pay-for article. Here's another

If you think Iranian sources are credible, I've got some ocean front property in Colorado to sell you. You need better sources. But go ahead, trust sources under investigation. I'm sure they are credible.

Had this same issue in the other thread, they see terrorists as credible. They believe what Hamas says so what's the difference between one terrorist or another.

I am not going to be held accountable for what Donald Trump or Netanyahu or Putin or whoever the latest leader of Iran is.

These leaders claim to be privy to top secret information that we are not able to know. Therefore their claim is we are not in a position to make these tough decisions. I have seen this in my life where you have to make a tough decision that can seem unfair to others but that is simply because they don't know the whole story and it would not be right for you to tell them the whole story.

My point is that if that is their claim then we cannot be held responsible for their actions. But wait, what if we voted for Trump to be elected, wouldn't that make us responsible? Depends, did he run on a platform of starting a war with Iran and possibly nuking them? If that was his platform then, yes, you voted for that. But he ran as the "peace" president who doesn't start wars, he ends them.

Now some will say OK, you didn't vote for this, but now is your chance to protest it. But what am I protesting? Am I protesting putting a stop to a murderous regime that killed 36,000 of their own citizens? The bottom line is I don't have all the facts, they do. I can take them at their word and if they are lying then the Lord will judge them for that. And if we do protest, what is the solution? Let the IRGC rule over Iran? Give Ukraine to Putin? Why would I think that that is a solution?

There is only one solution and that is Jesus Christ, the king of kings. Pushing for anything else is simply asking for more of the same.

It was accessible, thank you.
I have been following him on X as well.
For the scoffers this has been made public by many sources, even those who were approached, C. Kirk being one who offered money as well and turned it down.

Some more update briefings from General Caine and our valiant Hegseth. Rubio and Vance are more polished and intellectual, butour favorite meathead Hegseth is remarkably exactly what Gen Z wants in a leader.

When somebody betrays you it's not complaining to acknowledge the act of treachery and confront it. It's an essential part of the healing process that will never happen if the betrayed goes into denial.
So Trump was elected and took an oath to defend the US. You think that he isn't doing that and has betrayed his oath. But if it turns out that he is in fact doing that then you are the one who has betrayed the country. What you call an essential part of the healing process I call murmuring and complaining.

Phil 2:14 Do all things without murmurings and disputings:

Word: Treachery. Part of Speech: Noun. Meaning: The act of betraying someone or being disloyal. Synonyms: Betrayal, deception, treason.

Jude 1:16 These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts; and their mouth speaketh great swelling words, having men's persons in admiration because of advantage.

It really is not good to pull verses out of context and misapply them.

I addressed @ChristRoseFromTheDead because I can see an American thinking they are responsible to wash their hands of what Trump is doing. So I wanted to hear what they had to say.

But I didn't address you because there is no excuse for a Canadian. For you I would say take the log out of Canada's eye and then you can see clearly to help America remove the splinter in our eye. Because the first thing we do when we hear your whining is to look at Canada, realize we don't want to go down that path, and so ignore everything you have to say.

Oh puleeeeease, I already explained many times over that the US is a super power and it's actions affect many countries and therefore should be taken to task.

And yes those verses were pulled out of context.

I would like to see anyone who has studied international relations and exclude the US because they were not a citizen.:rolleyes:

And if they go in to denial we should forgive them and move on

Let's not be a crybaby and follow therm around begging them to acknowledge their wrongdoing

Be an adult. Forgive them and move on with your life.

Taking down Iran is in defense of the US.

They've been saying for years that they wanted to destroy us and they have been working to get nukes and long range missiles so they can nuke us. Only those void of understanding can't see that Iran is a threat to the US

Just to let you and @HeIsHere know..... Canada is pretty much doomed.
But south Korea TFR is 0.80 even worse than Tokyo.

People are "giving up". Giving up on the broken social contracts. Canada being a prime example.....but others far worse.

Tokyo TFR: Has plummeted below 1.0 (recently recorded at 0.96), meaning the capital city is effectively seeing a population "halving" with every new generation.

Statistics Canada confirming that the total fertility rate (TFR) has hit a historic low of 1.24 to 1.25 children per woman. This puts Canada firmly in the "ultra-low fertility" category (below 1.3).

To address your point on the "inevitable collapse" and the taxpayer-to-retiree ratio, let’s look at the actual projections for 2040 and beyond.

The Old-Age Dependency Ratio
The metric you are referring to is the Old-Age Dependency Ratio, which compares the number of people of "working age" (15–64) to those of "retirement age" (65+).
1970s: There were approximately 7.7 workers for every retiree.
2024: We are currently at roughly 3.3 workers per retiree.

2040 Projections: Statistics Canada and the OECD project that the proportion of seniors will reach approximately 23% to 25% of the population. This results in a ratio of roughly 2.1 to 2.4 workers for every one retiree.
Your estimation of 2 taxpayers for 1 retiree by 2040 is technically very close to the median projection.
