Your drink recipe is real healthy!

Pepper multiplies the benefits of the Turmeric. I've added fresh ground peppercorns to it and tastes more like a chai tea.
Do you use fresh or powdered ginger?
I would love to use fresh ginger but it’s actually a turmeric, curcumin, and ginger powder, inside of one capsule, that I break open and pour into each glass.

I never thought to use peppercorns.

I think my sister is the one who brought that recipe to my attention and surprisingly, I had all the ingredients.

Also, I know this isn’t a drink but when it comes to the allulose, stevia and monk fruit whole earth powder, I was thinking of eating plain oatmeal and add the whole earth sweetener, along with zero sugar maple syrup for breakfast, soon.

I currently eat Quakers maple & brown sugar oatmeal for breakfast which can not be super healthy, so I figure a healthy alternative would be the one I recommended in the previous sentence. Maybe that with eggs, not sure what breakfast is going to look like next month, just trying to make each month healthier and healthier as each month goes by.

That sounds like a good supplement.

Today I cooked down some kale 🥬 🥬 🥬 🥬 greens to use as a base in place of noodles or starch carbs. Then I added peppercorns ground with cilantro. Salsa with avocado for sauce.
Fresh ginger, mixed veggies and calf liver. It sound expensive but is cheaper way to eat when on sale, and satisfying.
Best of all, I hope it'll provide what I need to get over the pneumonia soon.

I'm hoping that Kroger's starts selling bulk fresh turmeric root again since it's springtime. It was $5/pound last year when not packaged. Packaged was $18/# if I recall.
I sliced it up like their organic ginger root and made it into tea and in lunch. Pepper combined multiplies the anti oxident and anti-inflammatory benefits.
If you find any, see if there's any improvement.

That meal sounds super healthy and I agree that it is most likely cheaper than even some of the unhealthy meals that others cook up, especially when on sale (which usually happens on a Sunday or Monday, according to Google)

I hope you get over your pneumonia soon. Im not sure what pneumonia is, even though ive heard the name my whole life, I think.

Yeah, I mostly drink that tea for the anti-inflammatory properties and maybe snack on a few blue berries for the anti-oxidants…in fact, I’m kinda craving some blueberries right now. Heading to the fridge…. Haha

There is a product/recipe that is very similar to your recipe. I was blending my own but was away from home and I found the same recipe mixed up and ready to go in a health food store.
My recipe is simpler as the commercial formula is designed as a latte. Golden milk is the name, ingredients turmeric, ginger, black pepper, cinnamon and cardamom. In addition to the pepper using coconut milk also adds to absorption of the turmeric. According to my research the liver processes turmeric quickly, the pepper slows this process so it is active in the body for a longer period of time, what I read said 2,000% but I don’t know about that accutacy of that statement.

I'm laughing too!
You'll never believe this but I just finished the rest of a bag of wild blueberries as a snack before bed! 😄
How did you know?

Krogers had a really good sale on wild frozen bbs recently.
I noticed that they have the most markdowns Sundays as well. For instance avacados/guacamole are often half priced in the container.
They put a lot more on sale for the big crowd after church.

Thanks for your concern.
What is pneumonia?
Pneumonia is when the lungs get coated with thick mucus that doesn't allow as much O2 absorption. They usually fill up with fluid. Drs demand their patients are admitted to a hospital where they are put on 4 or 5 antibiotics, breathing treatments with steroids, daily X rays, etc. They are confined to bed which makes the lungs actually fill up more. If the patient decides they will walk around to stay active and prevent the build up, they tie the poor patients arms down to the sides so theirs no way to turn over. When the patient struggles from that torture, I have seen a nurse at the Select Specialty Care Hospital prop up the hips and feet as high as possible, turn the bed backwards with her head to the floor legs up side down until she nearly died because she was slowly being drowned. I tell you if this horrific torture because I want you and others to avoid this fate. This is why I will not submit myself to those places.
I reported the attempted m__der and it was disregarded. I'm still traumatized by the things I've seen in that horrific place.

Sorry it's triggering.
BTW, I should probably be on our prayer list but am improving and not staying in bed, except yesterday around 12 hours because I needed sleep.

Where did you find that statement? I didn’t write the statement, it sounds like treatment from a Nazi concentration camp.
I'm sorry that went to you.
I was quoting @YouOnlyLiveTwice and had to go back and fix a typo. The auto format cookies or whatever it's called must've gotten mixed up and put your name instead. It might have just been that I hardly slept last night too.

Anyhow he said,
"I hope you get over your pneumonia soon. Im not sure what pneumonia is, even though ive heard the name my whole life, I think."

That's what came to mind in that post. Yes, patients are entrusted to smiling staff who some harm patients. However, I suffered greatly from the traumatic experiences inflicted upon a loved one and developed chronic life conditions from the horrific health care workers at that diabolical place.

I’ll be praying for you too. In the past I’ve found Christopher’s Lung & Bronchial formula to be helpful in thinning mucous so you can cough it out. In general I think only time and lots of water will resolve the problem.

I appreciate that.
I see that it's a pure Herbal formula . 🍵😎👍🏼
I'm using a medicinal mushroom tea to boost killer Tcells. I can see a difference.
Staying hydrated is essential.
Don't hesitate to suggest that to everyone who is also having respiratory challenges.
I'm Trying to keep moving is too. It felt so good to just spend time outside picking up some debris from the storm earlier.
Eating the right food with no appetite to keep up strength.

Just blended a few handfuls of blueberries with passion fruit juice and vwallah, an anti-oxidant powerhouse. Should have made popsicles with it but our big fridge no longer works, so we only have a mini fridge….for 3 adults to share lol sheesh!

This was on sale BOGO so I had a chance to sample this brands Cola and Root Beer. Both tasted very good, but I liked the Cola better. It was nearly as tasty as the old fashioned Coca Cola, better than Pepsi.
The 5 grams of sugar might sound like a lot, but compare that with the equivalent amount of coca cola at 52grams!

Ingredients
Adaptogenic mushroom infusion (reishi, chaga, turkey tail), black tea*, raw apple cider vinegar*, cold pressed apple juice*, cold pressed lime juice*, cinnamon*, erythritol*, cane sugar*, vanilla extract*, kola nut*, sea salt*, black pepper*, and stevia*.
*Organically produced.
Benefits
Clean Energy, Mental Clarity, Balanced Mood

The label suggests that it has adaptogenic properties.
I don't know if it has a therapeutic dose of mushrooms or not, but I do feel better immediately after drinking it.
One interesting ingredient I looked up was the kola not from which coca cola was named. The cola/kola part. Guess what ingredient the first part of the name comes from?

IMG_6273.webpDrinking this for breakfast. No, I didn’t add whip cream! But it tastes great for a protein shake and it has less than 1 gram of sugar.
