If we could lose our salvation?
There would be many plain spoken passages shouting out and warning us!!!
God would be criminal for not to making them clear, unmistakable, and simple to see!

Humble believers would be preaching about it, too.

Amen. The consequence is the ETERNAL LAKE OF FIRE! Does one really believe the Lord Jesus Christ would hide that in some Greek tense and ambiguity?
No, He would warn us, " You can lose eternal life and burn in the Lake of fire for eternity!"
Like you said, it would be plain and shouted from the roof tops. He is not willing for any to perish.
The fact that we are debating "loss of salvation" PROVES that there is no such thing. The Lord Jesus Christ would not leave burning in the Lake of Fire for eternity up for debate.
The arrogant ones shall be exposed now for what they are.
That is why God allows them to blaspheme his Integrity and live.
For, there will be no appeal trials in eternity.
Now is the time to secure undeniable evidence.
God will not tolerate leaving loose ends.
And Jesus just commands them to reorient their work - not to stop all work - and certainly not to disobey Him or what God requires of the unbeliever.
To work at learning how to let God work through you by serious study of the Word of God.

You previously said that believing is the one work of man God accepts per John 6:27–29.
Then, the moment that work is shown to be commanded by Jesus - and therefore an act of obedience - you shifted from ignoring the text, to deflecting from it, to now recategorizing it entirely.
It’s remarkable how far some will go to avoid a clear command of Christ and the very simple reality of obeying Him
Reorient their work to what? Your standards? My standards?
Seems to me you should be able list all of this "reorientated " work so we can follow your exact example to stay saved.

Please try to understand that we're just dealing with a section of Scripture that has certain meaning and not with the questions you're inserting into a specific discussion.

I asked if those verses tell us that work was commanded by Jesus and thus believing is obedience to Jesus Christ.
You haven't seen me explain what I see and don't see in certain Scriptures that have been discussed since your friend asked me a question about the verb tense in Eph2:8 thinking he had me trapped on what the perfect tense means?
Still......At least I am HOT about eternal security. You are neither cold nor hot........None of us could actually nail down anything of what you believe......I understand why.
You search the scriptures and can't even find life in them.

There is no "seems" about it. Can you tell me anything about @studier that are his core values? The foundation he stands on?
It is all traps and doubts for believers who have the Lord Jesus Christ as a foundation.
