People vary widely in how picky they are about parking spots, and it often depends on their priorities and circumstances. Some drivers prefer convenience above all, aiming for spots close to entrances to save time and effort, especially in busy areas or bad weather. Others are more selective about safety, choosing well-lit areas or spots away from tight spaces to avoid scratches and dents.
I would have picked other. I always try to get as close a spot to entrance as possible and if that can't be found a spot under a tree because I like the shade and didn't care if a bird took a dump as I liked the shade more.

Back then, I wrote a few polls where I tried to use up all the available choices.
If I remember right the max then was 40...
These days, it's 10.
Which works just fine -- now I just have to be very selective about answers.
Ha I did not know this, there could be more than 100 parking spaces and you had to choose?!
I'd just park in the nearest available space because that's just what you do...right?
Oh but I'd prefer if it was free, living in Auckland you do have to pay if you parking in the city. I am very surprised there is no option for free parking. It's on the Monopoly board, why not here?
Also, if you are disabled in anyway or are caring for someone elderly or lacks mobility, you get to park in the mobility/wheelchair parks right near the entrance.
The only thing that's different for Christians though, is we have parking angels. Also we pray before getting behind the wheel, that nobody smashes into our Jesus fish bumpers.

I make a conscious effort not to be an inconsiderate parker, almost all of the time. The exception being early Spring.
