What would your pick be for the worst, most unhealthiest junk food meal ever?

My vote would be those deep fried donuts covered in sugar with jam inside, because its got sugar, white flour, carbs and transfat all in one. I dont know how it rates on the weight watchers scale. But I think thats the worst food you could eat. If you ate that everyday you would be a candidate for liposuction. Wash it down with Mountain dew or any fizzy drink and your teeth will rot and be discoloured too.

Or the cronut. Its a cross between a donut and a croissant, and they just give you indigestion.

Um yea Im not sure why Im thinking of such gross food. Maybe its after seeing Lonely God corn snacks and wondering what they are made of, but the ingredients are unitelligble I cant read chinese. Possibly monosoidum glutamate and garlic powder, dried milk powder and cheese flavour. Basically a pringle which is reconsituted potato packaged in a tube, deep fried to an inch of its life in palm oil with various unidentified flavourings made from scraps of dehydrated dripping. And im sure they mine the salt from somewhere radioactive...
there's a sad abundance of that everywhere you look in america. america is the king of junk food. white flour, white sugar, additives, chemicals, fillers, fertilizers, preservatives, colorings & all else.

def they have to do something with their food surplus, and make it into processed junk food you can buy.
I always thought Frozen food, like TV dinners, was laughable. Why make something hot, and then freeze it to heat up again? Seems stupid to me. Why not just make something and serve it hot.
Plus then you need to waste more electricity by freezing it.

organic frozen foods are a big help to those with busy life styles. many people come home from work & need to eat in a hurry because they have to be some place else. for decades, i would pop in a pot pie or frozen dinner because i had to work on antiques, practice with a band, complete work estimates or clean merchandise.

Yea it's convenience. But most doesn't taste as good as freshly made.

There is a move toward 'slow food' which is organically grown and local. I think ideally you want something grown in your garden. But you need to work in it, hard when you've got no time.

I find that it sort of defeats the purpose to have organic convenience/processed food. I don't like eating in a hurry, and eating on the go, especially in the car, makes me sort of sick, it's a really unhealthy way to live.

i used to grow gardens for decades, became too busy to keep it up. marie calendar's is healthy food. i didn't eat on the run like you described, ate at home.

Loads of takeaway options here now.
If you want something hot and fresh, rather than just heated up in microwave (disaster!) and working and too far from home, you need to eat on the go. When I did gardening for a company and we were driving from garden to garden, my lunch was usually a hot meat pie from the bakery.

Are loaded fries/cheese fries really bad for you?
They are so moreish..!

We ate gluten balls for Chinese New Year.

And Glutinous rice, If we didn't have gluten, everything would be dry and we wouldn't have sticky rice. It would just be crumbly and fried instead.

Those are delicious and were my favorite desert at the China buffet.
I love the sweet red bean paste.
However I gave those up and especially wheat and I stopped the quick weight gain and serious digestive problems. I had the problem since I was a fat little 5 year old. It was the gluten. Family and friends mocked me for being fat and I had to learn through my own observations what no Dr cared to learn or teach. I gave up on them and found experts like Peter Osborne and other Nutritionists.
