This says the Trump camp altered the original (left) to add a demon (right). I can't tell

I am beginning to think this is all very contrived, for what purpose.. a distraction? Who knows?
But yes, lots of reports on X, the original was by Nick Adams back in early February, that one does not have the winged soldier/demon.

I just do not see DT creating AI images in the middle of the night... just all very weird.

I based my statement on what Paul said:

Galatians 1:11 But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man.

Galatians 2:2 And I went up by revelation, and communicated unto them that gospel which I preach among the Gentiles, but privately to them which were of reputation, lest by any means I should run, or had run, in vain.

Galatians 2:7 But contrariwise, when they saw that the gospel of the uncircumcision was committed unto me, as the gospel of the circumcision was unto Peter;

So although the gospel he preached is based on the word of God in the Old Testament as well as what the Lord said in the gospels, I think it is clear from Galatians 2 that it wasn't until the apostles heard from him that they approved this. From Acts we can see that prior to Paul Christians were seen as a sect of Judaism.
I think I understand what you mean if you are distinguishing Paul's from Peter's ministry emphasis.
It's that the gospel to all the nations wasn't Paul's, it was Christ's. Paul however was obedient to the calling until he got mixed up with Judaizers and returned to Jerusalem.

The last thing Jesus commanded before going to be with the Father is Acts 1:8
8But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

Then Saul eventually meets the Lord on his way to persecute the church on the way to Damascus.

1And Saul was consenting unto his death. And at that time there was a great persecution against the church which was at Jerusalem; and they were all scattered abroad throughout the regions of Judaea and Samaria, except the apostles. 2And devout men carried Stephen to his burial, and made great lamentation over him. 3As for Saul, he made havock of the church, entering into every house, and haling men and women committed them to prison. 4Therefore they that were scattered abroad went every where preaching the word. 5Then Philip went down to the city of Samaria, and preached Christ unto them.
When the disciples disobeyed the Lord by focusing too long at Jerusalem, persecution was sent.
This accomplished His task for them to "go into all the world to preach the gospel to every creature..." for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth, to the Jew first and also to the Greek."
Mark 16+ Romans 1:16

The persecution beginning with the martyr Steven, drove all of the disciples out of Jerusalem to Samaria and the uttermost part of the earth. The apostles were the only ones who stayed behind.

Then after Saul's conversion, that is indeed where the acts of Paul shown abroad, not to take away from the ministries of the many other disciples named and unnamed. He hit the ground running, spreading the gospel to the Jews first and then to the gentiles.

Yes, that is true, but not my point. Paul goes to a conference in Jerusalem and lays before them the gospel that he preached to the Gentiles, but did it discreetly in case he had misinterpreted the scripture. That tells me it wasn't a commonly understood doctrine, nor was it in writing. Only after that meeting does he write Romans and 1 and 2 Corinthians, and Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians, Colossians. These are the heart of the published gospel for the Gentiles. The gospel of Luke is also coming from Paul's ministry as Luke was a coworker of his. The Gospel of Mark also comes from both Paul and Peter's ministry as Mark worked with both Paul and Peter. The gospel of John was written after Paul's ministry.

The point I was making is that if someone wants to claim the 70th week followed immediately after the 69th week when Jesus was crucified, then it ended by 40 AD, maybe 43 AD at the latest. However, that is before Paul wrote a single letter, before the gospels of Mark, Luke or John, and so how can the Lord's word in Matthew 24 about the gospel being preached to all the nations, or Mark's word about the gospel being published in all the nations have been fulfilled?

Facts so obvious that an infant could not fail to understand.

For the Reformed group (and others) to say that the abomination desolation refers to the crucifixion is by far the most outlandish and bizarre dogmatic device in all of Christendom. Nothing else compares in term of gravitas.
This! This one aspect of their theory should make every believer RUN, RUN very far away from their theory.

It is so far beyond Scripture and the mind of Christ......I can't believe a believer would even entertain the thought.

I have heard many theories and this one takes the cake.......It truly goes to show how mankind will go to any lengths to cover what they WANT to believe.

That's a direct quote from the LXX. So instead of doing the decent thing and asking me why it didn't match what you're used to reading, you chose to accuse me of misquoting that verse as if I had some kind of ulterior motive.

Furthermore, those verses state that:
  • Jesus was killed after the 62-week period, but it doesn't say exactly when that occurred after the expiration of that period.
  • However, the next verse says that sacrifices were lifted away in the middle of the 70th week, which can only be referring to Jesus' sacrifice because that's when God lifted away earthly sacrifices.

So was crucifying the son of God an abomination?

Your doctrine is an abomination.......Read close buddy, I am RUNNING away from your heretical doctrines, not entertaining them.

So you can't answer a simple question. That's because you're afraid to admit the truth that you don't think Christ being crucified was an abomination. Something the devil would think

Christ is hatred and disgust to you......Abomination.

Christ is empty and destruction to you....Desolation.

Please, for your own sake, and everyone on this thread.....stop. You are not capable of parsing any of this out rationally or historically.

Absolutely none of this happened in the 7 year period post crucifixion. In fact sacrifices and oblations continued at the Temple for DECADES afterward.

-confirm covenant one week
-midst of the week cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease
-even until the consummation

Dan 9:27 - And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

Such stinky dispensensational eScatology you teach

This is what really happened:
  • God confirmed the new covenant with Israel for 1 week (7 years, the 70th week)
  • Christ was cut off in the middle of that week rendering temple sacrifices obsolete and useless
  • Since temple sacrifices were no longer accepted by God, what unbelievers did at the temple after the cross was irrelevant
  • The apostles confirmed the new covenant with Israel for the remaining 3.5 years of the 70th week
  • Having fulfilled his promise to Israel, God used Peter to officially open the door to the kingdom of God to the gentiles (Acts 10)

You habitually deny the Israelites of today and call them frauds and accursed. So it's little wonder that you have no idea of whom these passages are speaking about either.

And you thought that Jesus Messiah is in some way shape or form the abomination that makes desolate?

BTW, your addled entirely mythical eschatology has no answer to the true identity of this person, nor the time nor the place nor the prophecies.

And another thing: this person is in fact the ultimate antitype of the historical Antiochus IV Epiphanies. And Judas. And Goliath. And Pharaoh. And Haman. And Herod. And Absalom.

Dan 12:11 - And from the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, and the abomination that maketh desolate set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days.

Mar 13:14 - But when ye shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing where it ought not, (let him that readeth understand,) then let them that be in Judaea flee to the mountains:

2Th 2:3 - Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

2Th 2:4 - Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

2Th 2:8 - And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:
