What might the Lord Jesus be referring to in His Promises?

When the new covenant is established with the nation of Israel the faithful of Israel will be supernaturally changed to have the law written in their hearts. In this earthly kingdom those so changed will be the nation of priests that they were intended to be.
These are those that can have every prayer answered and even move mountains.

I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.

When it comes to "Ask and you shall receive".
I heard my preacher before saying if we ask sincerely to the Lord, he will give what we ask because of his promise in Matthew 7:7-8.
That is what I did everytime I pray to the Lord I ask sincerely. But many of my request are not being accepted.
This is the confidence that we have before Him: If we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. 15And
if we know that He hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we already possess what we have asked of Him.

I prayed sincerely.
We have no food and I asked the Lorf to give us food.
We have no clothes to wear and I asked the Lord to give us clothes.
I asked to pass my schooling exams.
I asked the Lord to give the member of the family a job.
I asked the lord to heal the sick member of my family
This is what I learned before from my religious leader.
Unanswered prayer may be disappointing if you have been taught to expect God to answer all our prayers. If we read promises made to those of Israel in regard to their future earthly kingdom, and think that these apply to us today we can have false expectations.
Why would you expect your prayers to be answered given that you believe Jesus was always speaking in parables?
When my recognition to Jesus was from my preacher only.
I have the same belief as you that Jesus is not always speaking in Parables.
I thought I already understand when he said in Matt 7:7 "Ask and you shall recieve".
But when my recognition to Jesus was a revelation from the Father (Matthew 16:15-17).
That was only the time that I believe Jesus is Speaking in Parables.
Ever since before, whenever the Lord Jesus gives an instruction, I first ask him how to do it.
I asked him why I’m not receiving the things I’m asking for as he promised in Matthew 7:7; this is his answer.
Jesus does not provide anything beneficial for the flesh or the body.
He grants what is for the soul, because it is the soul or spirit that will be with him in eternal life.
JOHN 6:63
63 It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.
Because my recognition of Jesus is a miracle from God, I have come to accept that He speaks in parables, and He has granted me understanding of His word "Ask and you shall recieve".
You believe Jesus is speaking in parables, but you also believe that His words are to be understood as plain speech.
That is inconsistent.
Jesus speaks in parables. His words can only be understood when He reveals their meaning. I don’t see anything inconsistent there.
And Jesus revealed the meaning of his parable words to his chosen only and not to all.
MARK 4:34
34 ;But without a parable spake he not unto them: and when they were alone, he expounded all things to his disciples.
Tell me what this parable means
“Hear another parable: There was a certain householder, which planted a vineyard, and hedged it round about, and digged a winepress in it, and built a tower, and let it out to husbandmen, and went into a far country: and when the time of the fruit drew near, he sent his servants to the husbandmen, that they might receive the fruits of it. And the husbandmen took his servants, and beat one, and killed another, and stoned another. Again, he sent other servants more than the first: and they did unto them likewise. But last of all he sent unto them his son, saying, They will reverence my son. But when the husbandmen saw the son, they said among themselves, This is the heir; come, let us kill him, and let us seize on his inheritance. And they caught him, and cast him out of the vineyard, and slew him. When the Lord therefore of the vineyard cometh, what will he do unto those husbandmen? They say unto him, He will miserably destroy those wicked men, and will let out his vineyard unto other husbandmen, which shall render him the fruits in their seasons. Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, The same is become the head of the corner: This is the Lord's doing, And it is marvellous in our eyes? Let us make it clear first.
What people understand by the word Parable is a short story:
A parable is a short, simple fictional story that illustrates a moral, spiritual, or religious lesson, often using everyday situations to convey complex truths.
But to God, the meaning of Parable is a dark saying.
PSALMS 78:2
2 I will open my mouth in a parable: I will utter dark sayings of old:
Do you believe this?
The ignorant people are those who are afraid to accept the truth.
In your case, you are afraid to accept in the eyes of God that you can't identify who God the Father is.
Look at Saul of Tarsus.
Despite having graduated from Bible school, he became a Pharisee or a preacher of the Word of God. In what he was doing, he believed that he was serving and loving God. However, he was not afraid to admit before the Lord that he did not truly know God.
ACTS 9:5
5 And he said, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest: it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks.
In my opinion, you cannot match the service and love for God of Saul of Tarsus. Nevertheless, he admitted that he did not truly know God. He was not afraid to accept the truth.
But you are afraid, you can't do what Saul of Tarsus did.
Therefore in the eyes of God you remain ignorant.
