True. During the tribulation and wrath of the wicked persecuting the saints on earth, there will be many martyrs for Jesus Christ.
Act 14:22
Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.

Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.
2Th 1:4
So that we ourselves glory in you in the churches of God for your patience and faith in all your persecutions and tribulations that ye endure:
Not during the tribulation and wrath of the Lord upon the wicked, which is only after resurrecting His saints into the air.
The rapture of the church from the earth to meet Jesus in the air, ends their unrighteous tribulation at the hands of the wicked, and begins the Lord's righteous tribulation upon the wicked.
The rapture is postrib by man upon the righteous, and pretrib by the Lord upon the unrighteous.
There are no justified believers on earth at the rapture of the saints, that is from the postrib wrath of the wicked.
There will be many made believers by sight at the Lord Jesus coming with His resurrected saints with clouds:
