It is obvious to me you have little understanding of the history of the Near East and Palestine, the history of the development of the

dispensationalism system, so I will pass on the conversing, did that on another thread and learned very clearly that it is impossible to

reason with people who have accepted the propaganda and live in a echo chamber so that they are impervious to the facts...

it is actually quite eye opening how people can deny, deflect, rationalize, justify when they are confronted with facts, astonishing really.
Why so condescending? I do know what dispensationalism teaches, and I am telling you I am not one. I read both sides and dont live in an echo chamber

Well I am glad that you are not persuaded by this false system.

And yet you deny the en masse killing of women, children and babies that is enough for me to sum up the level of your understanding of the conflict.
I condescend to anyone who thinks killing babies en masse never happened.
Please spare me the human shields argument.
God Bless.

No. For one, the devil hasn't been thrown into the botomless pit.

Two, Paul said that idea overthrows believers' faith, and he turned over to satan two men mentioned by name that taught that idea.

Third, it violates the scriptural witness of a bodily resurrection.

And though after my skin worms destroy this body, yet in my flesh I shall see God: Job 19:26
Thanks for answering. I am concerned this might be off-topic (so I won't continue in this thread unless others prompt), but I think those points have answers.

1) Revelation 20 says the devil is thrown into the bottomless pit after the 1000 years of Christ's reign (and after Satan deceives the nations). So if the first resurrection occurred and Christ already reigned with His saints 1000 years, this doesn't mean the devil is in the bottomless pit (yet). Satan does seem to be doing some serious deception as of my lifetime.

Revelation 20:7 - 10
7 And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison,
8 And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog, and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.
9 And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them.
10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

2) Paul was writing to Christians ~2000 years ago, if conventional history is to be believed. The expectation was that the things prophesied would occur in Jesus' generation. So for someone to claim the first resurrection occurred (before it did) in the first century is different from someone claiming it must happened already some 2000 years later, based on scripture (imho).

3) A (first) resurrection of the saints to rule with Christ doesn't deny a bodily resurrection. The claim would be a real bodily resurrection and a real thousand year reign of Christ. It sure would make more sense of some of those strange paintings of saints with halos and similar.

Scripture speaks of two resurrections, with those who take part in the first described as blessed and holy. Is it possible (without heresy) that the first resurrection is past, but the second yet to come?
Hmm. Maybe if you say the first resurrection is that of Christ's. And then those mentioned in verse 4 "share in it"

Not only is the pre-trib rapture boilerplate Biblical doctrine (backed up by a ton of intentional "types"), it is an absolute necessity to keep the plan of redemption intact and moving forward. There are no eschatological alternatives.

His @HeIsHere or @ChristRoseFromTheDead ever once raised this CRUCIAL Hebrew wedding pattern topic? No.
Do theY in the least understand it? No.
Do they desire to apprehend and teach it? On the contrary they deny and disparage it.

Hebrew betrothal ceremony. It is the most prevalent pattern in all the Bible. Its everywhere, along with the Passover pattern.

The 12-Step Hebrew Wedding Pattern

1) The Bride Is Chosen by the Father

In ancient Israel, the father of the groom chose the bride.

Spiritual meaning
God the Father chose the Church for His Son before the world began.

“You did not choose Me, but I chose you…” — John 15:16
“He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world…” — Ephesians 1:4

2) The Bride Price Is Paid

The groom paid a mohar (bride price) to redeem the bride.

Spiritual meaning
Jesus paid the price with His blood.

“You were bought with a price.” — 1 Corinthians 6:20

3) The Marriage Covenant (Betrothal) Is Made

The couple drank from a cup of wine sealing the covenant (kiddushin).
They were legally married — though not yet living together.

Spiritual meaning
The New Covenant was sealed at the Last Supper.

“This cup is the new covenant in My blood.” — Luke 22:20

The Church today is betrothed — not yet living with Christ physically.

4) The Bride Is Set Apart

The bride was now consecrated to her groom alone.

Spiritual meaning
The Church is sanctified — set apart for Christ.

“I betrothed you to one husband… Christ.” — 2 Corinthians 11:2

5) The Groom Leaves to Prepare a Place

The groom returned to his father’s house to build a bridal chamber.

He could not return until his father approved the place.

Spiritual meaning
Jesus ascended to Heaven to prepare our dwelling.

“I go to prepare a place for you.” — John 14:2

6) The Bride Waits — Not Knowing the Day or Hour

Only the father decided when the groom could go get his bride.

The bride lived in expectation — always ready.

Spiritual meaning
No one knows when Christ will return.

“No one knows the day or hour…” — Matthew 24:36

7) The Groom Comes With a Shout and a Trumpet

When the father approved, the groom went to fetch the bride.

He came at night with:
• a shout
• a trumpet blast
• a procession

Spiritual meaning
This is the rapture signal.

“The Lord Himself will descend with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trumpet of God…” — 1 Thessalonians 4:16

8) The Bride Is Taken Away (This Is the Rapture)

The bride was lifted up and carried away to the groom’s house.

She did not walk — she was taken.

Spiritual meaning
The Church is caught up.

“We who are alive… shall be caught up together… to meet the Lord in the air.” — 1 Thessalonians 4:17

This is where Scripture places the rapture — before judgment.

9) The Bride Enters the Bridal Chamber

The couple entered the chuppah (bridal chamber) for about 7 days.

The door was shut.

Spiritual meaning
The Church is in Heaven while Earth goes through the 7-year Tribulation.

“Come… enter your rooms and shut the doors behind you.” — Isaiah 26:20

10) The Marriage Is Consummated

The bride and groom became one.

Spiritual meaning
The Church is permanently united with Christ.

“They are no longer two but one.” — Matthew 19:6

11) The Bride Is Revealed

After the chamber period, the bride appeared publicly.

Spiritual meaning
The Church returns with Christ in glory.

“When Christ appears, you also will appear with Him in glory.” — Colossians 3:4

12) The Marriage Supper

A huge public feast followed.

Spiritual meaning
This is the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.

“Blessed are those invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb.” — Revelation 19:9

🔥 Why This Is So Powerful

This wedding model:

  • Explains why the Church is removed before judgment
  • Matches rapture language exactly
  • Explains “no one knows the day or hour”
  • Explains the 7-year separation
  • Explains why the Church returns with Christ

It is not a metaphor invented later — it is built into Jewish marriage itself, which God designed to be a prophetic blueprint.
Bingo!

I would also add that the Bible ends with the bride calling out to the groom.
The parting words of the bible is the spirit and the bride calling out to the groom.
Come Lord Jesus.
Maranatha.

Have you noticed pretribbers are in the only position to do just that????
If a postribber did it, it would be fake.

Mat 25 is the most vivid rapture depiction of the bible.
....and it is a wedding dynamic.

Because the pretrib rapture adherents have this dynamic of heaven squarely on the table, it tells me the other positions are off by default.

You NEVER hear other positions discuss this "marriage, bride, bridegroom" subject.
Never.

The purpose of the rapture and they are 100% oblivious.

Victims of false teachers.

I didn't deny the killing, I just said that people dying in war is not genocide. Isnt the word genocide meaning you kill EVERYONE? And if the arab population is increasing.... thats not a very efficient genocide

Genocide is legal term with a legal definition and yes a genocide has and does occur during conflicts.
Have a good day.

Spot on! If the latest from Candace Owens is anything to go by, it ultimately leads to gun-running and slave trafficking, in between shouts of "If you don't bless Israel[i criminals], you'll be cursed!" Cults (particularly those of the Zionist "Christian" persuasion) and faith-based organisations such as TPUSA more and more appear to be where Epstein and his ilk moved their enterprises to.
"the latest from Candace Owens"

There is your problem.
My question: who actually has time to waste hearing this person?
Is she your prophet?

Evidently she, Alex Jones and Tucker are the voices of authority among the Israel deniers Jew despisers around here.

Fake *and* gay! :p Just like Trump's recent assassination attempt - worse than WWF wrestling. I really hope the big one is not going to be as obvious.

Isn't this the definition of a Messianic Jew?
A lot of 'Jews' have become Christians. We don't glory in the flesh. Were the apostles messianic Jews? When the Lord saves you, you are a Christian.

I dont know if you are genuinely cool with me or just being passive aggressive with the have a good day. But i'll give it the benefit of the doubt and say you too. We can agree to disagree.
No. Ethnic cleansing is genocide
Oh my apologies I didn't know there was a difference, english isn't my first language

thats how i see it. let them battle it out. just like ukraine and russia. all these countries are just a massive dumpster fire anyways. europe and america should stay far back and not get involved in these tribal wars.

as soon as you pick a side, you make it more difficult to evangelize the other side. we ally with the kingdom of God amen? let the jihadis and the synagogue of satan play their victim olympics

Postulated by people who do not have the slightest idea of what they are talking about and don't care much about correction either.

Anything goes nowadays. Tell me Im wrong.
All I know is I stopped reading this long ago, I scan to see if there is anything relevant to the revolution in Iran. Nothing that they have said had the slightest impact on my understanding of scripture. Several of those posters I am currently "shunning" by ignoring their content because I found it to be profane and vain babbling. But since I skip over this discussion I do not know if anyone has had the slightest change of heart. If so then this could be considered "correction", if not it is has long since stopped being correction and has simply become vain babbling.

if you read revelation 6 you see souls of the martyrs under the altar. the same souls are vindicated in chapter 20 and rule and reign with Christ today.

there is only one bodily resurrection on the last day, of all. st. john 5:28-29 and matthew 25:46 confirm that

Your posts can be ridiculous. I have to scroll for like a day to get past them. A garbage man doesn't have to wade through so much garbage.
Aaahhhh OK.
So you are telling us that reading two or three paragraphs and 9 or 10 bullet points
gives you a migraine and then you shut down mentally?

This explains much. You have my sympathies.
Are there are group of you here on this thread that suffer from the same afflictions and attention span limitations?
Seems likely.

I had been thinking, really this just got blown up with digression but i mean it is hot news it was bound to get attention, but I wonder actually what if we take the more serious look at Iran news back to your old topic about the Water Crises and just left this here for I guess the more meta debate of it all? I had thought this actually a while back but since the old water crises topic while prescient and topical it's old and its your topic so I didn't wanna like be that ironic perform thread necromancy while trying to you know eliminate a literal necromantic cult. If you lead the way though as the OP of it. I will follow, praise Jesus.
