in theory yes because God is a righteous judge, He would not judge someone who was perfect. but the bible teaches none of us are perfect so in practice no, its impossible to be saved by our own righteousness
The Law of God was not given as a way of becoming righteous but to describe the behavior of someone who is righteous. For example, the Law of God reveals that it is righteous to be a doer of charity, but no amount of charity will ever cause someone to become righteous as the result, rather someone who has become righteous through faith had become a doer of charity.
In Romans 10:5-16, Paul referred to Deuteronomy 30 as the word of faith that we proclaim in regard to the righteousness that is by faith proclaiming that the Law of God is not too difficult for us to obey, that obedience to it brings life and a blessing, in regard to what we are committing to obey by confessing that Jesus is Lord, in regard to the way to believe that God raised him from the dead for salvation, and in regard to the way to obey the Gospel. In is incorrect to interpret Paul as contrasting what Moses wrote in Deuteronomy 30:11-14 with what Moses wrote in Deuteronomy 30:15-16, so he was not speaking about something different. The righteousness of Christ has always been by grace and the content of the gift of the righteousness of Christ is getting to experience being a doer of righteous works in accordance with following his example of obedience to the Law of God.
In Romans 9:30-10:4, the had a zeal for God but it was not based on knowing Him, so they failed to attain righteousness because they misunderstood the goal of the law by pursuing it as though righteousness were earned as the result of their works in order to establish their own instead of pursuing it as though righteousness were by faith in Christ, for knowing Christ is the goal of the law for righteousness for everyone who has faith.
We can’t earn our righteousness even as the result of having perfect obedience to the Law of God because it was never given as a way of earning our righteousness in the first place (Romans 4:1-5). In Romans 3:21-22, it does not say that the Law and the Prophets testify that the righteousness of God comes the perfect obedience, but rather the only way to become righteous that is testified about in the Law and the Prophets is the faith in Christ for all who believe. A righteous person is by definition a doer of righteous works in obedience to the Law of God (1 John 3:4-7), so that is what we become when we become righteous through faith.
You can be saved by your own goodness and righteousness.

We can be saved from someone beating us up.
Save our marriage.
Save our job.
Avoid jail.
And other things all by our behavior if it is right.
Of course this is physical.
But spiritually we cannot for only by the Spirit will we not fulfill the lusts of the flesh.
Without the Spirit in the flesh dwells no good thing so we would not measure up.
Which those in the flesh cannot please God.
But in the flesh we can benefit because of a good and righteous attitude.

That is NOT okay per the NT Gospel of Christ that you refuse to accept, but I hope you will follow what it teaches ASAP.
A man is not righteous by his own nature. Nor does he have the truth or faith. But the Lord tells him to have faith and to live according to His Commandments. And also, when a man lives according to the Divine Commandments from the Lord, the Lord comes to him and dwells with Him. Now, the Lord Jesus Christ is the Righteousness or Justice Itself. A man is not. But when a man strives to acquire faith and live righteously and justly from the Lord, as if by his own power, than the Lord, who is Justice and Righteousness Itself, comes to man, and abides with him or her. Then a man can be saved by the Lord. But he or she cannot be saved if he or she does not believe and does not follow His Commandments, no matter how much he imagines that he has faith and some kind of righteousness.
The righteousness, good, justice, etc with a man are the Lord's Alone. It is actually the Lord Himself with a man.
Romans chapter 3:21-26
Righteousness Through Faith
21 But now apart from the law the righteousness of God has been made known, to which the Law and the Prophets testify. 22 This righteousness is given through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference between Jew and Gentile, 23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus. 25 God presented Christ as a sacrifice of atonement, through the shedding of his blood—to be received by faith. He did this to demonstrate his righteousness, because in his forbearance he had left the sins committed beforehand unpunished - he did it to demonstrate his righteousness at the present time, so as to be just and the one who justifies those who have faith in Jesus.
None of those verses say that we are required to perfectly follow Christ's example, but rather they demonstrate the opposite. If we can have eternal life in spite of not having perfectly followed Christ's example, then we are not required to perfectly follow his example.
the only way to be saved is through Christ and the gospel.
While no one can be saved by thier own “ goodness or righteousness “ we each can be condemned by our own sin if we don’t repent however .
god has never created an excuse or oath where we’re allowed to live in sin and follow our own selfish desires and ways . His grace that saves us actually teaches us to repent and live upright lives and to continuously do good more and more ….. and when we mess up and make mistakes while we’re following him then we need to acknowledge and confess and repent of our sin. If we do that his word promises he will faithfully forgive us and cleanse us from the unrighteousness so we don’t carry it to judgement …
grace isn’t a liscense to not obey God it’s the power and means by which we can begin to change from sinners under its dominion . Into new people born again and growing in our fathers ways as we learn from him
Gods goodness towards us should bring us to repentance but often we make repentance an “optional” point of doctrine . But God never does that
“But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.”

It’s a message of repentance and also remission of sins through Jesus death burial and resurrection
Repentance is essential doctrine . I don’t think everyone really even knows what it is though . It isn’t simply determining by our own Will “ I’m never going to sin again “…….
repentance comes as we begin to acknowledge the truth of the gospel and is sort of like this more than self determination to be “ sinless “

Repentance is all about that day we can repent and have our sin remitted through Christ and his blood as believers . Unbelievers don’t have that option but now by gods Grace we can confess our sins rather than pretending we aren’t sinning and Have that remission that’s promised to believers
the things Jesus said that we really kind of don’t want to acknowledge about our own behaviors and responsabilities…. BRing the hearer and believer to repentance and righteousness

No one has been required to follow Christ's example perfectly and there is nothing that we fail to earn as the result when we fall short of perfect obedience. The fact that we have all sinned means that we need to repent and to return to following Christ's example through faith. In Romans 6:19-23, we are no longer to present ourselves as slaves to impurity, lawlessness, and sin but are now to present ourselves as slaves to God and to righteousness leading to sanctification, and the goal of sanctification is eternal life in Christ, which is the gift of God, so being a doer of the Law of God is His gift of eternal life in Christ. Jesus saves us from our sin (Matthew 1:21) and sin is the transgression of the Law of God, so Jesus graciously teaching us to be a doer of it is intrinsically the way that he is giving us his gift of saving us from not being a doer of it, so the Law of God does not just reveal our need for a Savior but also teaches us the way that he is saving us.
