I am Canadian, eh? West coaster here. I moved to the west coast from the Great Lakes' area in 1977. Hitch hiked out with
a couple of friends. Those were the days, eh? It was actually the last time I ever hitch hiked. I hung up my thumb after that...

PS~ I do not normally pepper my speech with "Eh." In fact, after arriving on the west cast, I realized I said
"eh" a lot more than many people I then met, and made a concerted effort to remove it from my speech.

Now I use it as a humorous add-on. :giggle:
