Isaiah 53 was written centuries before Jesus was crucified.
It seems you don't understand yet how the Bible can speak of a future event as if it were happening in the present.

In the parable of the goats and sheep?
That was an account of what "Rabbi" Jesus taught his Jewish disciples.
There was no church age while Jesus walked the earth before his crucifixion.

I had to learn to rightly handle the Word of God.
We all do...
Even when it does not please our friends to tell them its not what they wanted to hear.

The sheep and goats?
His disciples were all Jewish when He spoke.
He spoke to them according to their Jewish history and thinking.
Pentecost shocked them and took them all by surprise!

After Pentecost Peter was still very much Jewish in how he thought, and was even wanting to refuse the Lord

If you had accepted Christ, yes indeed. I knew nothing of the Christian life when I was led to Jesus. The man who witnessed to me did not believe baptism by immersion. The gospel did its work anyway. Eventually I learned more and I was baptised because the Bible said to be baptised.

Power in the Christian life comes from being under divine authority, which means being under the authority of Jesus, which means trusting Him enough to obey what we know He is telling us to do. Yes, you receive the Holy Spirit when you believe Jesus rose from the dead and you agree that He is Lord. But the ability to walk in His resurrection power comes through obeying Him by uniting ourselves in His death in water baptism, so that we become united with Him is His resurrection life. Jesus submitted to water baptisn simply because the Father demanded it. He did not need a baptism of repentance. But He obeyed.

There is a difference between us “having” a new clean spirit and us having the Holy Spirit present in that new Spirit: the Holy Spirit being in us, which begins with us putting faith in Jesus for reconciliation with God. And the Holy Spirit dwelling in us, which is us allowing the Holy Spirit to participate in our life by allowing Him to manage and directing operations in our house. One can indeed be born again without baptism. It is possible to develop a powerless dogmatic form of “Christianity” without submitting to water baptism. But we won’t experience the abundant life and spiritual power, if we refuse water baptism because we think we know better than Jesus and the Holy Spirit.

You do not wait until death to find out if you are "saved" from the penalty of sin. It is a completed past event where you are already positionally saved.

When Jesus spoke those words..
Jesus was still functioning as a Rabbi who was teaching Jewish disciples.
Jesus was not teaching the Church.
It had to be according to what Jews could know and understand.

He was teaching that Jews during the Tribulation must endure to the end (of the seven years).
If they endured and remain true to what the Torah contains?
That they would be "delivered" (saved) out of the Tribulation and delivered.
Saved, to enter into the Millennium!

There is no such thing for 'the new creation in Christ' as needing to endure anything to be saved.

You do not know what salvation is. Anyway, we are saved by grace, not by anything that we do. If God's grace was not granted to us, no amount of faith could save us. Anything done apart from Jesus is worthless in God's sight, no matter how good it appears to be. Lord Jesus said, "Apart from me, you can do nothing." And that is how God counts even the most noble works done outside of Christ - nothing.
