Man ! Are YOU gonna be surprised ...
Try reading the Bible instead of focusing on a false prophet who has been utterly discredited.

".......which He exerted in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly realms......." Ephesians 1.20

"And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with Him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus........" Ephesians 2:6

Note: Past tense. Lord Jesus is seated at the right hand of God. I am seated with Him. If you are not, then you are not saved. QED.

You are welcome. One font "family" I used a lot was Ningst. I call it a family because
there were a number of them, very legible but not Times New Roman either. I made
this for you so you can see them all, named, and the size given, on 1920x1080 @ 300 ppi

Thank you. I struggle to find fonts that I like. And that's not smart. What I need are fonts that appeal to other people.

Well, the important thing is that they are legible. I have downloaded close to a thousand fonts and many are
unusable for that reason; they look nice in theory but in practice? And then there is the matter of whether they
are open or true types. I thought I should be using the latter and then realized it was the former I should be using.

Here is what AI had to say about Romans 6:14,

Romans 6:14 states: "For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace."

The correct reading of this verse is that believers are no longer under the condemning penalty of the law as a system of earning salvation, nor under the enslaving power of sin. Instead, they are empowered by the Holy Spirit through grace to live a holy life. [1, 2, 3, 4]
I agree

We are not under the penalty of the law because Jesus paid the death penalty.

Instead we are empowered to live a holy life in Christs power. By the Holy Spirit

So the law has not changed but the penalty has been paid for transgressing it.
Sin does not have dominion over us for 2 reasons which work together...

1. The justification of Christ frees us from the penalty of the law.

2. The sanctification of Christ which empowers us to obey the law.

Salvation has always been by faith
No one in any time or covenant was saved by earning it. No one can gain salvation by keeping the Law.

But we can avoid sin by keeping the Law which is the result of a Spirit filled heart.

1Jn 3:9 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.

Some groups—most notably dispensationalists, Seventh-day Adventists, and certain strict covenantal branches—parse the Old Testament law into distinct categories (moral, civil, and ceremonial) to understand which parts still apply to Christians. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Often Paul is talking about all the laws in the Torah and in other places he is specifically talking about the cerimonial or moral laws.. context helps you to understand the difference.

You can keep every word of the 10 commandments and still sin. Read the Sermon on the Mount.

I do not live by or because of grace, I live because my debt to sin has been paid in full. thus; I have the down payment, the Holy Spirit,
my guarantee of eternal life ---- only because of the sacrifice of my Passover.

My Father, in His kindness and Agape, while I was sinning up a storm so to speak, sent His Son to die for me. Me, a hater of all thing righteous and good. That is the Grace/Kindness of God.

While I was an unrepentant sinner, my Father called me to follow Christ, to follow what my Savior tells me I must do, so I can live forever, live for ever and never sin ever again, never paying the price for sin physically, pain and suffering and spiritually, eternal death!!
I was not searching for Christ, never entered my mind. hated church.

My reward is here on earth, I will assist the KING of Kings in ruling earth, no heaven for me or some rapture either, I am waiting for the better resurrection.

I know you can not understand that I am no longer under the Law, I live by it, as did and does Christ, but Christ paid my debt so I am no longer under the penalty of death.

Christ has shown me how to LOVE the HOLY RIGHTEOUS Law and enjoy all the wonderful benefits it offers. peace, happiness contentment, no fear on and on.

those not observing the law, are under it.
either one is lawful or unlawful, no in between.
I don't think I've spoken to anyone as confused as you before now.

Yes, I know. The TRUTH is confusion to this world,
why else would there be tens thousands of diverse churches proclaiming thousands of different Ways?

Gideon, question.
How does repenting of sin, which is transgressing the Law, before one can be baptized, how does that end the need to obey the Law?

Why is agree to stop sinning, before a person can be baptized, why would that end the need to obey the law ?

To be included in the New Covenant, a person must repent of sin, be baptized and receive the Holy Spirit, explain how that ends obeying the law that you just repented of transgressing and the New C is to put in you as your nature?

You are just another one. Jehovah's Witness? World Wide Church of God? You won't say. Your words give you away.

You are wrong about most Churches proclaiming thousands of ways. Doctrine differs only on the fringes. It grieves me that there is such a thing as Calvinism and Arminianism. It should not be an issue. Same with pre and post trib. However, your beliefs are outseide the boundary of what is Biblical Christianity. I've no doubt that you are sincere. Sincerely wrong is still wrong.

Before I was born again, I had no idea what the law was. I had a conscience. I was convicted of sin. I received Christ and i was born again. I studied God's word, and over several years this is what I saw:

"For through the law I died to the law so that I might live to God." Galatians 2:19. Tell me what laws apply to dead people?

But now, having died to what bound us, we have been released from the law, so that we serve in the new way of the Spirit, and not in the old way of the written code." Romans 7:6. Just in case you did not understand the previous verse

"All who rely on works of the law are under a curse. For it is written: “Cursed is everyone who does not continue to do everything written in the Book of the Law.” Now it is clear that no one is justified before God by the law, because, “The righteous will live by faith.” The law, however, is not based on faith; on the contrary, “The man who does these things will live by them.” Galatians 3: 1-12

When you follow the law, you are not living by faith. That means that you are not pleasing God.

"Before this faith came, we were held in custody under the law, locked up until faith should be revealed. So the law became our guardian to lead us to Christ, that we might be justified by faith. Now that faith has come, we are no longer under a guardian." Galatians 3:23-25

The law does not save us and neither does it make us righteous. "Whoever keeps the whole law but stumbles at just one point is guilty of breaking all of it." James 2:10

"But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law." Galatians 5:18

"For all who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God." Romans 8:14

we need a chorus of "come thou font of every blessing..."

That is the error you make but you are not alone.

That is the traditional way of reading the N.T from early in Christian history.

All the mainline churches divide the law into sections and misunderstand the N.T.

You know TMS that you are not under the law and especially not under the penalty of the law.

Romans 6:14
For sin shall not be master over you, for you are not under law but under grace.

Paul is speaking to the Jews in Rome directly here and that compounds the problem for legalism.

It is beyond question that the Mt Sinai covenant law was given to Israel only.

Sin is still sin.
But when we sin we can be forgiven and freed from the death of sin.

Is it a sin to lie?
There is an immense difference between being under the penalty of the law and transgressing the law.

And not being under the penalty of the law and transgressing the law.
