The first day is Sunday
Ask Google. Even the non Jewish nations see Sunday as the first day of the week.
God said the 7th day is the sabbath. Not the 1st day.
Again, the Jewish calendar numbers the days of the week: Day One, Day Two etc. The Jewish people rest on the Seventh day of the week, which is called Sabbath day -- a day of rest. Gentiles are not obligated to rest on any day of the week at all. There is nothing in the Bible that tells us to rest on the Seventh day of the week. Resting on the Seventh day of the week is a Jewish "statute" not a Jewish commandment.
The day of the week is irrelevant for a Gentile follower of Jesus because we are free in Christ. We have no obligation to perform any form of religious ritual at all.
Why do you feel the need to have rules to follow? In my view, God wants us to learn wisdom and we do what is right because we have learned what is right. We don't obey rules; we obey principles.
He told them to remain in Jerusalem until they received the promised holy spirit.
How will you learn what is right??,, we are now at the end of 6000 years and about to blow up the planet -- the human race has learn how to kill and that is about it.
You think you're smart enough to learn what is right --- show me one person that has reached that point? Ever!

He did not tell them to gather on Pentecost.
It says they were at the temple continually. That's where the spirit was poured out
they were not at the temple and it filled all the house where they were sitting.
so again, why did the women rest on the Sabbath as per the Commandment and why did they gather on Pentecost which is always on the first day of the week?
Why, if Christ was abolishing the Torah? didn't they get the memo?

They were sitting in the house of God under the porch where all of the different sects gathered, prayed and taught. The spirit would not have been poured out on a private dwelling

The Torah, the Commandment, the Sabbath, the 7 Holy Feasts of God were never abolished
I have been observing them since 1969, I will be at Pentecost, Sunday the 24th,
If the 13 Apostles had been taught by Jesus Christ that everything they had observed all their lives was now abolished ---
Where are the new instructions concerning easter, sunday, Xmas etc. and how followers were now to worship this NEW WAY?
Where are we instructed to follow a brand new way of worship no one had ever heard of before?
A change this huge and no mention?? No clear instructions .
like, "we now will keep easter on the first sunday after whatever?"
or "this is the way to observe the Saviors birthday? we give each other presents around a decorated tree with a star on top."
Sorry, I can find nothing, zero, the tens of thousands of christian churches are doing taught or mentioned in the WORD of GOD.

You are deluded. You are lost and you will face God as judge, not as justifier. You are kidding yourself if you think you are obeying Christ. You do not have the ability to keep even the law of Moses. God's standard of righteousness is much higher than the written law.
People like you get salvation back to front. You think that you must live the righteous life in order to be saved. In reality, it is the reverse. You need to be born again before you have the enabling to live righteously. The Holy Spirit is in effect the Lord Jesus.
God's word, especially the New Testament, is written to those who are born again. Do you not know that the last word that Lord Jesus gave to the 12 was to bring in the New Covenant in His blood? Do you not know that Lord Jesus cried out, "It is finished!" from the cross, just before He died? I am not trying to condemn you. You do that yourself. I am trying to save you. It grieves me to know that you are so near to the truth and yet so far from God.
Remember the words of Christ: "You must be born again". And Hebrews tells us that the time of salvation is Now.
Yes, the ten commandments are an exceeding broad and perfect standard of righteousness that prohibits every evil thing and defines every duty required of humanity.
The law is Broad, and the Complete Definition of Sin. Sin is defined exclusively as the transgression of the law, and without this law, there can be no knowledge of what constitutes sin, 1 John 3:4
Although the words are few, the matter contained within the ten commandments is infinite, and there is no duty required nor sin forbidden by God that does not fall under at least one of these ten precepts.
Says Thomas Scott, “This law which is so comprehensive, that we cannot measure it.” See Commentary. Bishop Hopkins on the ten commandments, published by the American Tract Society, says, “There is no duty required, nor sin forbidden by God, but it falls under one, at least, of these ten words.” Again, he says, “The words are few; but the sense and matter contained in them is infinite, the rest of Scripture is but a commentary upon them, either exhorting us to obedience by arguments, or alluring us to it by promises, warning us against transgression by threatenings, or exciting us to the one, and restraining us from the other, by examples recorded in the historical part of it. All those precepts which are dispersed in the Scriptures, and which concern the regulating of our lives and actions, although not found expressly mentioned in the decalogue, may yet very aptly be reduced under one of these ten commandments.”
The 10 commandments are the Standard of Judgment. Because the law is so comprehensive, it will be the criterion of judgment by which the doom of the world is irrevocably fixed. James 2:12.
While the ten commandments reveal sin and show that we are transgressors, they do not point out a way of escape or provide a Savior. That's were Jesus comes to our rescue.
*Yawn* Why do not quote all the scripture regarding the Law? Obviously you have a selective gospel that suits you. It does not suit God. Beholding Jesus? Sounds good. But you behold the Law instead. The law has done its job when we get born again. Then it is no longer applicable. It's in your Bible too.
"For through the law I died to the law so that I might live to God." Galatians 2:19. Tell me what laws apply to dead people?
"But now, having died to what bound us, we have been released from the law, so that we serve in the new way of the Spirit, and not in the old way of the written code." Romans 7:6. Just in case you did not understand the previous verse
"All who rely on works of the law are under a curse. For it is written: “Cursed is everyone who does not continue to do everything written in the Book of the Law.” Now it is clear that no one is justified before God by the law, because, “The righteous will live by faith.” The law, however, is not based on faith; on the contrary, “The man who does these things will live by them.” Galatians 3: 1-12
When you follow the law, you are not living by faith. That means that you are not pleasing God.
"Before this faith came, we were held in custody under the law, locked up until faith should be revealed. So the law became our guardian to lead us to Christ, that we might be justified by faith. Now that faith has come, we are no longer under a guardian." Galatians 3:23-25
The law does not save us and neither does it make us righteous. "Whoever keeps the whole law but stumbles at just one point is guilty of breaking all of it." James 2:10 Don't tell me that you keep God's law perfectly
"But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law." Galatians 5:18 If you are not led by the Spirit then you can ignore everything I've said.
"For all who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God." Romans 8:14 If you are not led by the Spirit then you are not saved.
See? It's not that hard. God's word is clear, if you study it correctly.
