Trump supposedly makes comments asserting Israel and Iran want to return to a ceasefire, but why are Ejei and Radan still alive after committing the biggest State-enacted mass killing/massacre of the 21st century to date? The hand is still outstretched, kill them, the Lord put the hook in every nations' noses and drag you all back again and again until the weak are defended and the innocent blood is avenged, just as the Lord commanded in Jesus name amen.
The END of the age of the temple sacrifices had not yet happened... but they the writers of the New Testament documents, being the first believers and be enlightened by the holy Spirit knew it was coming soon and it did... 70AD.
A period of transition and the Age of All Fulfilled in Christ began.

That interpretation collapses under the weight of the passages already cited. The claim that “the age to come” merely means the post-70 AD age after temple sacrifices ended is not merely weak; it is textually and theologically untenable.
The New Testament’s language of “this age” and “the age to come” cannot be reduced to the destruction of the Jerusalem temple in AD 70. That reduction ignores the actual content attached to “the age to come” in Scripture.
Hebrews 2:5 says:
The subject is not the end of animal sacrifices. The subject is the subjection of the coming inhabited world. Hebrews immediately appeals to Psalm 8, where all things are placed under man’s feet. Then Hebrews adds:
That single phrase — “not yet” — destroys the 70 AD reduction. After AD 70, all things were not visibly placed under redeemed humanity. The nations were not subjected to Messiah’s righteous rule. Creation was not restored. Israel was not nationally regenerated. Jerusalem was not exalted as the center of Messiah’s kingdom. The wolf did not dwell with the lamb. The nations did not stream to Zion to learn the law of the Lord. Therefore Hebrews 2 is speaking of a future kingdom order, not merely the termination of temple sacrifices.
Hebrews 6:5 says believers had:
A taste is not the full arrival. The miracles, signs, gifts, and kingdom powers manifested in the apostolic period were previews of the coming Messianic age. They were not proof that the entire age had already arrived. Hebrews does not say they were living in the full age to come. It says they had tasted its powers.
This harmonizes perfectly with Ephesians 1:21:
Paul distinguishes this age from the age to come. He does not say, “this temple-sacrifice age and the post-70 fulfilled age.” He places Christ’s supremacy over all angelic, spiritual, and cosmic authorities in both the present age and the future age. The issue is universal dominion, not merely covenantal transition.

Fruchtenbaum’s Take: The "Inter-Advent" Session
Fruchtenbaum points to this verse as a critical text defining the present age and the precise trigger for the end times.
The Current Session: Fruchtenbaum explains that this verse dictates a temporary, passive state for the Messiah. Jesus is currently seated at the right hand of the Father, having completed His first-advent mission. He is waiting.
The End-Time Trigger: The term "till" creates a strict chronological boundary. Jesus will not return to earth to establish His messianic kingdom until the Father actively begins making His enemies a "footstool."
The Dispensational Line: Fruchtenbaum points out that Peter uses this to prove to the Jewish crowd that the Messiah's current physical absence is not a failure, but a calculated, predicted prophetic phase that will conclude when the end-time judgments commence.
Peter’s Quote of Joel 2 in Acts 2: Literal Meaning + Application (Drash)
Many readers assume Peter is claiming Joel’s prophecy is being completely fulfilled at Pentecost. However, Fruchtenbaum points out that Peter deliberately avoids using the word "fulfilled." Instead, Peter says, "This is what was spoken by the prophet Joel" (Acts 2:16).
Fruchtenbaum explains this using the Law of Double Reference combined with an application (Drash) model:
The Prophetic Text Itself: Joel 2:28–32 is a classic double reference/gap prophecy. It blends the outpouring of the Spirit with cosmic judgments (the sun turning to darkness, the moon to blood) that belong strictly to the Tribulation and the Second Coming.
Peter's Use: Pentecost was not the fulfillment of Joel's prophecy. The cosmic signs did not happen, and the Spirit was not poured out on "all flesh" (only on the believers in the Upper Room).
The Verdict: Peter was using the text as an analogy or application. He was telling the mocking crowd: "You think these men are drunk, but this is the same type of phenomenon that Joel predicted for the End Times." The ultimate fulfillment of Joel 2 remains completely future and will occur only after Israel's national repentance at the end of the Tribulation.
