Isaiah was delivering a warning to the leaders of Israel (specifically Ephraim and Jerusalem). The people had mocked Isaiah's simple, repetitive prophetic messages, comparing them to baby talk ("precept upon precept, line upon line")..

  • The Purpose of Pruning: Notice that the Father doesn't prune the branch because it is doing a bad job; He prunes the branch because it is already bearing fruit. The goal of the pruning process is strictly upgrade—moving the branch from bear"ruit" to bearing "more fruit" and eventually "much fruit" (verse 5).this is promise Parah only God can do himself aka Grow en.
  • The Tool for Pruning: In verse 3, Jesus specifies the tool used for this spiritual pruning: "Ye are clean [pruned] through the word which I have spoken unto you." God uses His truth and His Word to cut away .

This is necessary for everything God has given us
In the spiritual reality of God, true love cannot exist without parah (fruitfulness/multiplication). Because God's essence is love, and God is infinite, His love must always expand, grow, and create life.
If love does not produce fruit or multiply, it is not the divine love (agape) of God.
 
The anointing—the Christ, the Holy Spirit—is already here dwelling inside believers right now, which means the only thing left we are actually waiting for is the physical return of the King.

  • The Anointing is Already Here: 1 John 2:27 explicitly says, "But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you..." The Spirit is present, alive, and inside us right now.
  • The King is the One Coming: Because the anointing is already here doing its work, our eyes are now strictly on the horizon for the physical arrival of the Monarch to take His throne
