What do you think happened during the centuries between the end of the Babylonian exile and the appearance of Christ? Israel was restored to the land. And when Christ came a remnant of them were cleansed and given a new heart and spirit, thus fulfilling that prophecy.
I think you do not understand this subject, as evidenced by your reference to David's fallen tent as already having taken place. Just as, you believe the prophecy of Ezekiel 36 has already taken place

In regards to prophecy, you are an unbeliever in heart. Only God knows how much that affects the rest of your Christian walk

I find that funny. Because I believe what is plainly written I am an unbeliever in heart.
No, you don't. You only selectively believe what you have been taught by men to believe, and ignore what contradicts that. Acts 15:14-16 are a perfect example of your unbelief. James said the tabernacle of David was being restored then, but you can't believe what he wrote because of the baked-in unbelief in the doctrines you were taught and strongly hold.

Simon[has described to us how God first intervened to choose a people for his name from the Gentiles. 15 The words of the prophets are in agreement with this, as it is written:

16 “‘After this (after this)I will return
and rebuild David’s fallen tent.
Its ruins I will rebuild,
and I will restore it,

“I will restore David’s fallen shelter—
I will repair its broken walls
and restore its ruins—
and will rebuild it as it used to be
,
12 so that they may possess the remnant of Edom
and all the nations that bear my name,
declares the Lord, who will do these things.
13 “The days are coming,” declares the Lord,

“when the reaper will be overtaken by the plowman
and the planter by the one treading grapes.
New wine will drip from the mountains
and flow from all the hills,
14  and I will bring my people Israel back from exile.
“They will rebuild the ruined cities and live in them.
They will plant vineyards and drink their wine;
they will make gardens and eat their fruit.
15 I will plant Israel in their own land,
never again to be uprooted
from the land I have given them,”

says the Lord your God. Amos9:11-15

Neither do you understand Paul's core message. I asked you three questions concerning a passage of scripture related to it and you couldn't answer any of them could you, though one was easy

Every part of that has been fulfilled, except for the last sentence, which will be fulfilled in the resurrection. James didn't say it had been fulfilled

I don't remember you asking me 3 questions about some passage. Please repost and I will reply.

Well according to the definition of genocide today, God told the Israelites to commit genocide when they took cities to have the promised land. I imagine you feel God was wrong to do that.
What is happening now is part of a process, it has not reached its fulfillment yet.
Not all in Jerusalem when the prophecies are fulfilled will remain there(Zech14)
Now I finally get your point. So you are saying the ot instructions from God, to special cities, at special time, can be applied today to isreal state.

This i strongly disagree. I will discuss this in new posts.

17 “But if, in seeking to be justified IN(IN) Christ, we Jews find ourselves also among the sinners/lawbreakers, doesn’t that mean that Christ promotes sin? Absolutely not! 18 If I rebuild what I destroyed, then I really would be a lawbreaker. Gal2:15-18

Justification is instantaneous once someone accepts Christ as their saviour, The justification Paul is writing about clearly takes time to achieve. So what justification is Paul writing about?

Why does Paul ask the question: Doesn’t that mean that Christ promotes sin?

What does Paul mean when he states: If I rebuild what I destroyed, then I really would be a lawbreaker.

You were complaining the Israelites are committing genocide. I take it you would agree, by the definition of that word as you would understand it, God told Moses to commit genocide.

In Isaiah 61, we read about two groups of people. One group is being talked 'to' and one group is talked 'about'. Since their was no kingdom of heaven/God, Jesus brought it, the OT saints went to the heart of the earth. Verses 1 thru 5 are the 'about' group. This is the OT saints/remnant Jesus saved when He went to the heart of the earth (He was busy 3 days). Verse 4 and 5 are about the reign of Christ when He returns. These are the first fruits, the 144,000 come from this group.

Isaiah 61
1 The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;
2 To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn;
3 To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he might be glorified.
4 And they shall build the old wastes, they shall raise up the former desolations, and they shall repair the waste cities, the desolations of many generations.
5 And strangers shall stand and feed your flocks, and the sons of the alien shall be your plowmen and your vinedressers.
6 But ye shall be named the Priests of the Lord: men shall call you the Ministers of our God: ye shall eat the riches of the Gentiles, and in their glory shall ye boast yourselves.
7 For your shame ye shall have double; and for confusion they shall rejoice in their portion: therefore in their land they shall possess the double: everlasting joy shall be unto them.
8 For I the Lord love judgment, I hate robbery for burnt offering; and I will direct their work in truth, and I will make an everlasting covenant with them.
9 And their seed shall be known among the Gentiles, and their offspring among the people: all that see them shall acknowledge them, that they are the seed which the Lord hath blessed.
10 I will greatly rejoice in the Lord, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decketh himself with ornaments, and as a bride adorneth herself with her jewels.
11 For as the earth bringeth forth her bud, and as the garden causeth the things that are sown in it to spring forth; so the Lord God will cause righteousness and praise to spring forth before all the nations.

Verse 6 is speaking no longer speaking to the 'about' group. It starts with 'But ye'! This is the 'to' group. Who is the ye? Here's a hint, 'the rest were blinded'. They are the unbelievers that still claim the religion that crucified the Lord Jesus Christ. The earthly nation that God divorced (harlot) and scattered in 70 A.D. It says this group shall be called "Priests of the Lord" and "Ministers of our God". Sound familiar? But for their shame, they shall get 'double'. In Revelation 18, verse 6, we read, "Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double." Mystery Babylon is going to fall. It says to the unbelievers that He will "make an everlasting covenant with them (the remnant He spoke of earlier) and their seed (Jesus) shall be known among the Gentiles".

These are Jews who say they are Jews, but are not.

Romans 2
28 For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh:
29 But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.

Jesus quoted from Isaiah 61.
Luke 4
17 And there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Esaias. And when he had opened the book, he found the place where it was written,
18 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,
19 To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.
20 And he closed the book, and he gave it again to the minister, and sat down. And the eyes of all them that were in the synagogue were fastened on him.
21 And he began to say unto them, This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears.

Yes, God did tell Moses and Joshua to do so, special time, place, instructions. Not to be repeated without God's instructions.

God Himself also did the flood.

In Bible, there are special instructions, and general instructions.

David would not kill Saul without special instruction.
Noah didn't kill without special instructions.

In ot, people should stone the adulterous to death.

Let God do His work.
Man shall not do God's work, unless with God's special instructions.

Christians are generally called to follow the general instructions, which is in 10 commandments.

Christians are generally called to follow the general instructions, which is in 10 commandments.
Well the words ''ten commandments'' are for the old covenant, not the new one. But that would be for a different thread

I haven't been discussing this subject with you, it has nothing to do with what we are discussing, and I am not interested in discussing it with you.
