Are you saying Jesus isn't God? While He humbled himself in a human form He wouldn't accept any worship, but that changed when He was glorified and rose up to the right hand-side of God
I'm not saying that the Lord Jesus is not God. What I'm looking at is who among those reading has come to know the Lord Jesus through God's revelation (Matthew 16:15–17), rather than through human teaching.
How do you reconcile what you read about the Lord Jesus? Sometimes He appears not to be God, and at other times He is presented as God.
Examples: He is not God.
LUKE 18:18-19
18 And a certain ruler asked him, saying, Good Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?
19 And Jesus said unto him,
Why callest thou me good? none is good, save one, that is, God.
JOHN 5:19
19 Then answered Jesus and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you,
The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do: for what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise.
Examples: He is God.
JOHN 8:56-58
56
Your father Abraham rejoiced to see my day: and he saw it, and was glad.
57 Then said the Jews unto him, Thou art not yet fifty years old, and hast thou seen Abraham?
58 Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you,
Before Abraham was, I am.
The Lord Jesus said to Satan, 'You shall worship the Lord your God, and Him only shall you serve
MATTHEW 4:10
10 Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written,
Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.
When the man who had been born blind worshiped the Lord Jesus, He accepted his worship
JOHN 9:38
38 And he said, Lord, I believe. And he worshipped him.
I will repeat my question.
How do you reconcile these?
Anyone, even if they quote the words of God, will not be able to reconcile these passages if their understanding of the Lord Jesus comes only from human teaching rather than from God's revelation.
Hoever, I'm telling you, anyone who knows the Lord Jesus through God's revelation will find it easy to reconcile these passages
