That is why I do not follow Reformed soteriology, it is not supported by scripture unless one ignores context, over and over again, then one can comprehend scripture anyway they so choose... so who really has the faulty comprehension when one has to read into a text to make it say what they need it so say. No He moves through the preaching of the Gospel to persuade the sinner who has been sanctified by Him, meaning regenerated. The sinner isnt lost, Christ already saved them.
A sanctified person is not longer a sinner.

Obedience here is obedience of Faith, we obey the Truth when we believe

Nah you just cant see. Paul is calling himself a sinner, not I was the chief of sinners but I am, a present tense indicative.
He asked God to create (as of heaven and earth from nothing) in him a new (pure) heart, and to renew (in the sense of repair) his spirit (Ps 51:10).
Does it states "gifted" belief, "gifted" obedience or "gifted" saving faith... you see what is not there because you have become accustomed to doing that over and over again.
Yes, those who have believed in the message of the Gospel, responded positively to the Gospel call are chosen by God to be in Christ, those who do not believe are not chosen to be placed in Christ.
