Do you know roughly when this might happen from the time a person is baptised exactly? Because I think we're literally in the days of Noah so I kinda need Him to speed things up a bit.

Sounds like good advice. I plan to stay persistent because I know He's listening like He did with Job and will answer when He's ready if He feels it's necessary. Until then I'll stay focused and faithful. But there probably is some unforgiveness in my heart for at least a couple of people still. I've said out loud that I forgive them but somethings are harder to let go of in the heart than others, and some of my closest people have hurt me in ways I never thought possible in last year or so. And then there's resentment stemming from my up bringing because I was put into care from the age of 2 til 8 years old. I've got over it but it's affected my relationships with all my family and people in general. Right now though I'm just trying to do my best to stay on the straight and narrow and live up to God's expectations. I do pray at least once a day but I need to pray more and maybe try fasting as well because I hear that's supposed to be beneficial spiritually aswell. But I was baptised last year April 5th so I'm just over a year old and finding my feet still.

The body of believers are the body of Jesus. In loving relationships and interactions with God’s family we are experiencing Jesus. If you do not have anyone in your church who is anything like Jesus, look in a different church until you do. In Holy Spirit led relationships deep calls to deep, and we experience the love of God in a tangible way. But we need to regard other Christians spiritually, not according to their flesh. We need to look for Jesus in them and help them express Him. That is where you will find that tangible experience of God’s love that you are seeking.
But you will most likely find it reflected back to you from someone to whom you yourself are expressing Jesus.
My suspicion is that while we are in the flesh we remain linked to sin, not by God's choice but due to our unwillingness to let it go. We use our fleshly nature as a kind of big security blanket we are afraid and so cling to what we know. When we lose our fleshly selves, it becomes much easier to let go of our sinful nature and God will then be able to fully take it away.
