You see the main flaw of people who have let the tenets of TULIP come into their mind is they read scripture as being highly individualized, that is a real problem .
I know that there are a series of proof texts that are cycled through over and over again.
The verse is written to a corporate body and the church is caught in the Jew/Gentile controversy.
I could go into the grammar but probably not worth the effort.
We can see that Paul is communicating the same thing he did to the Gentiles in Ephesus, “But now in Christ Jesus you who were once far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ” (Eph. 2:13). “So then you are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God” (Eph. 2:19).
You know I bet if you spent, say a year and went through all your
proof texts and really did your due diligence, you would come out the other side and forsake TULIP!

But I am a realist, I am doubtful.
