First, grammatically, there are zero future tense verbs in Hebrews 11:6 - at least none that I could find - check the original Greek syntax for yourself ...but not a commentary.
Second, you are confusing a reward given at the end -salvation/escape from God's wrath on the last day - with a legal change of status - becoming saved during one's lifetime. A person does not get legally justified as a reward because of their seeking skills. Justification is based entirely on the flawless faithfulness of Jesus Christ (the Pioneer of faith) not by the actions of man.
Finally, you bypassed Romans 3:11 entirely, which explicitly states: 'There is none that seeketh after God.'
If Romans 3:11 says the natural man cannot and will not seek God on his own, then the only reason the person in Hebrews 11:6 is seeking Him is because of the work of salvation which has already taken place inside their dead spiritual heart to give them that desire. If Jesus is truly the Savior (and He is), then He doesn't wait for a dead man to seek Him; He gives them life and wakes him up so that he can seek Him.

Im glad you said that, because the very seeking man cant and does not do Per Rom 3:11, the word seeketh is the greek word ekzēteō:

1. to seek out, search for
2. to seek out, i.e. investigate, scrutinise
3. to seek out for one's self, beg, crave
4. to demand back, require

Its the same word for seek in Heb 11:6

So the one seeking the True God by Faith in Heb 11:6 has to be someone who has been a partaker of Salvation already.

Notice the order of salvation in Ephesians:

1. Hear the word of truth
2. Trust and believe it

Notice the spirit aspect comes after hearing, trusting and believing, yet Calvinist say that the spirit has to regenerate you before you can trust and believe.

Finally in Ephesians we have:

4 Redemption (complete; future) which is when your salvation is complete and that comes in the future.

The Bible teaches Free Will from cover to cover, it is unescapable. Yes God sometimes does things like hardening Pharaohs heart so he will not let the Israelites go, but that doesn't negate the rest of the Bible. The church has followed Augustine's heresy's rather than Gods word, but I believe we are seeing more and more Christians these days getting back to Biblical truths.

I believe Romans 1 indicates that hearts get hardened when they persist in sin (I'm not discussing specific sin as does Rom.1 )
