WE can just read passages that say "Return to me, come to me" and conclude
that God wants us to come to Him and He is telling us to do so. Very simple.
Scripture very plainly says that the natural man (man of flesh) cannot submit and obey.

Do not overlook who he is: the one WITHOUT Christ. Of the world. Who cannot receive the Spirit of Truth.

How simple would it be for you to accept this? It seems to be quite impossible for FWers to do.

They need to align their beliefs with Scripture.

Flesh serves the law of sin and brings forth fruit unto death. Not life. Death.

fruituntodeath.png

Flesh serves the law of sin. For the flesh craves what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. They are opposed to each other. Nothing good lives in my flesh. Who can say, “I have kept my heart pure; I am clean and without sin”? Who can bring what is pure from the impure? No one! The flesh brings forth fruit unto death. Romans 7 v 25, Galatians 5 v 17, Romans 7 v 18, Proverbs 20 v 9, Job 14 v 4, Romans 7 v 5 (Romans 8 v 13 and James 1 v 15)

The mind of the flesh is death, but the mind of the Spirit is life and peace, because the mind of the flesh is hostile to God: It does not submit to God’s law, nor can it do so. Those controlled by the flesh cannot please God. Romans 8 v 6-8 This is what we speak, not in words taught us by human wisdom but in words taught by the Spirit, explaining spiritual realities with Spirit-taught words. The person without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God but considers them foolishness, and cannot understand them because they are discerned only through the Spirit. 1 Corinthians 2 v 13-14

Through faith is God's means. It is the conduit by which the power of God is operating.

Notice how you ignore that salvation is by the exercise of God's power in/on/through the individual.

Hebrews 11:1 & 11:6: Defines faith as the "assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen". It explicitly states that "without faith it is impossible to please Him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who seek Him".

Also this is made clear here..

Ephesians 2:8-9: Emphasizes that salvation is a gift received through faith: "For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast

What scripture actually teaches from beginning to end.

Without faith God will not give us his Grace.

Faith is the vehicle God has decided to us so as to give us grace so that we will be saved.
Faith is what must be in place BEFORE God will grant us his grace and thus BEFORE anyone gets saved.
If you have been mislead to believe that regeneration/born-again/salvation occurs before faith then read the verse again.
God says that He only grants his grace to those who have faith.
This is not a limiting of God but rather this is the condition that God has placed upon us before He will give us his Grace.

The Seed: Scripture is treated as an imperishable, incorruptible seed planted within a person's heart.

The Growth: Just like a tiny mustard seed, when that word is heard,
understood, and believed, it takes root and produces spiritual growth.

The Nourishment: To grow, this seed requires the right "soil."

We know that the stony ground of the natural man's heart is not good ground for growing
the Seed of God's Word. You should ask if she believes a person with no root is saved.
We already know she says everyone hears, which contradicts what Jesus said.
And that she mocks the whole idea of being spiritually dead.
She believes divine intervention is not required.
And denies what the Bible says of man.

those of us who believe the Doctrines of Grace, to which Calvin's name has been applied

I see so they attached his name to the false, greasy grace movement.
Sounds about right.

"Limited Redemption" can give the idea of fewness

Limited redemption or limited atonement is doctrines of demons and not biblical.

(Joh 6:37 NKJV) All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will by no means cast out.

Cherry picker much? What else did Jesus say???

John 12:32
And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw ALL men unto me.

Jesus was in fact raised up to suffer on the Cross and then He was raised from the dead so are you thinking Jesus lied in John 12:32 and He is not actively drawing ALL men unto Himself?

This is why the tares are to be ignored is because they refuse to accept the whole counsel of God and the dark spirits driving them cherry pick scripture to produce a fake gospel. This is what satan was doing when he tried to tempt Jesus to sin as the devil was twisting scripture and ignoring other scripture that got in the way of the deception he was trying to put on Jesus

(Rev 7:9) After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, with palm branches in their hands,

That represents all that will be with the Lord from the beginning of the earth until the end. It is not saying there is a great end times revival as some claim.

So please don't say that I believe that only a few people were created to be saved. And if ever I misrepresent what you believe, I hope you would (politely) point it out.

If this were true then you would be separating yourself from the false teachings of John Calvin the murderer who had MURDER in his heart towards other and went a step further and put hits out on people resulting in them being MURDERED all for not agreeing with John Calvin's false gospel that he got from demons.

God's Word is clear that Jesus paid for the sins of the entire world and it's His will that ALL be saved

Calvin and his ilk turn God in to a hard, mean, evil taskmaster Who has no mercy for anyone except for a few calvinist folk which is all lies not supported by scripture. One must become blinded and deceived by devils to become a calvinist. That's too bad for them as their won't be any calvinists in heaven.

We were all "in the world" so if your statement is true then it's not possible for anybody to get born again.
The statement is Scripture truth which you do not understand.

1-Corinthians2-12-1-John4-13-John14-17.png

We have not received the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we may understand what God has freely given us. By this we know that we remain in Him, and He in us: He has given us of His Spirit. The world cannot receive Him, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him. But you do know Him, for He abides with you and will be in you.

John 12:32

Do you also conflate drawing with being called?

1-Corinthians1-20-25.png

1 Corinthians 1 v 20-25 Where is the wise man? Where is the scribe? Where is the philosopher of this age? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of the world? For since in the wisdom of God the world through its wisdom did not know Him, God was pleased through the foolishness of what was preached to save those who believe. Jews demand signs and Greeks search for wisdom, but we preach Christ crucified, a stumbling block to Jews and foolishness to Gentiles, but to those who are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God. For the foolishness of God is wiser than man’s wisdom, and the weakness of God is stronger than man’s strength.

God doesn't wait until we please Him to act. He reconciles us while we are enemies with Him...Romans 5:10. And grace is the activity of God. Faith is the avenue that God channels the power through. ALL of this is due to the power of God.

This is why faith comes by hearing and hearing comes by the word of God. It doesn't say faith comes by hearing the word of God. It says faith comes by hearing AND hearing BY the word of God. The word of God produces hearing. That is the power of God that Paul is not ashamed of towards those who believe. Notice, that power is never said to be exercised towards those who don't believe.

Fear is not sinful. Fear is God's gift to us. Those who fear are those who know the truth. Cowardice is sinful. Cowards are those who run from the truth, unwilling to face the danger.

1 John 4:18

There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.

2 Timothy 1:7

For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

Isaiah 41:10

So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

Revelation 21:8

But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

If the natural man could generate faith, it would please God.

Those being in the flesh are not able to please God.

This is a huge flaw in their free will fantasy.

Well, one of very many, that is.

Thats out of context. That was [written?] strictly to Gods already redeemed chosen people, nothing to do with spiritual life
a). When Paul called our attention to Israel's Wilderness wanderings, he was using the event as a METAPHOR which represents
our own personal DELIVERANCE from being enslaved to the desires of the flesh

11 Now these things happened to them as examples and were written down as WARNINGS FOR US on whom the fulfillment of the ages has come. 12 So the one who thinks he is standing firm should be careful not to fall.…
(1 Corinthians 10:11-12)

b) You said that the narrative Paul was citing STRICTLY applies to ancient Israel. However Paul who wrote Corinthians said that it is also meant for US
c). You even go as far as to say 1 Corinthians 10 has nothing to do with spiritual life
d). I hope you will amend your prior remarks otherwise I doubt if we will make any progress in understanding the word better
e). I also would appreciate your answering my case against TOTAL DEPRAVITY. Simple denials do not suffice

Your dragon and unicorn occultism approves of the death penalty for persons holding non-Calvinist theological opinions?

You said Calvin advocating for the execution of his theological opponents was merely Calvin upholding civil law.

John Calvin was an arrogant, domineering, vindictive man. Calvinists tend to be like him.
Wondering what your opinion of Martin Luther is?

He reconciles us while we are enemies with Him...Romans 5:10.

Paul is obviously making a connection to the work of Christ ..not individual selection for salvation.

More Newsflash!!

John 20:31: “But these have been written so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing you may have life in His name.”

1st Thessalonians 2:13-14: “And for this reason we also constantly thank God that when you received from us the word of God’s message, you accepted it not as the word of men, but for what it really is, the word of God, which also performs its work in you who believe.”

The Gospel is where “faith arises.” The reason why many choose not to repent and turn to Christ is because of what God had warned mankind not to do: “Do not harden your hearts.” (Psalm 95:8)

Sadly you put to death the power of the Gospel message in order to elevate your false doctrines of faith before regeneration because according the "doctrines of grace" spiritual life must precede the ability to utilize the faith produced from the preaching of the Gospel.

Scripture is teaches when examined in context that although man may be spiritually dead, the Gospel is alive (Hebrews 4:12), such that according to Jesus, it is “spirit” and “life.” (John 6:63)

Do you also conflate drawing with being called?

Some people these days apparently think Jesus is an idiot Who doesn't kn ow what He's talking about and does not do what He says He's going to do

If He was trying to get people to come to Him for salvation and then He refuses to allow them to get born again then they would make Him an idiot and a liar.

This is the portrait of Jesus the calvinists are painting which is one of the many ways we know calvinism is doctrines of demons.

Acts 17:30
And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth ALL men every where to repent:

Salvation has been made available to all which is why God is commanding ALL men every where to repent. This has the calvinists scrambling to find new ways to claim God lied in Acts 17:30

1 Timothy 2:1-4
I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;
For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.
For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior;
Who will have ALL men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.

Salvation has been made available to all which is why it's God's will that ALL men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. This has the calvinists scrambling to find new ways to claim God lied in 1 Timothy 2:1-4

2 Peter 3:9
The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that ALL should come to repentance.

Salvation has been made available to all which is why God is not willing that any should perish, but that ALL should come to repentance. This has the calvinists scrambling to find new ways to claim God lied in 2 Peter 3:9

1 John 2:2
Jesus is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.

Salvation has been made available to all which is why God says in His Word that Jesus is the sacrifice for the sins of the entire world. This has the calvinists scrambling to find new ways to claim God lied in 1 John 2:2

John 3:16
For God so loved the world, that he gave His only begotten Son, that WHOSOEVER believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Salvation has been made available to all which is why God says that WHOSOEVER believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. This has the calvinists scrambling to find new ways to claim God lied in John 3:16

There's more scripture references where God is saying He has made salvation available to ALL men, but people can easily see that calvinists are purposely twisting and perverting the scriptures which they do at the behest of the dark spirits that they have submitted themselves to.

The Bible is so easy to understand, one has to get help from the devil to misunderstand it. clueless-doh.gif
