I will repeat what I said before.
If what you are referring to applied only to the apostles at that time, when Judas dipped his hand into the Lord's dish, then that event has already passed and would remain only as the story of the Last Supper.
However, the words of the Lord Jesus cannot be denied. His words will never pass away.
MATTHEW 24:35
35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.

Therefore, even in our time today, the Lord continues to expose those who also dip their hand into His dish.
They are what are called pseudo-Christians.
I agree that there are plenty of pseudo-Christians around, who don't really know and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. I don't agree that they do what Jesus was talking about at the Last Supper, and dip their hands with Him in the dish.

Are yu saying that when Jesus told the disciples that the one to betray Him was the one who dipped with Jesus in the dish,
He was not speaking only to His disciples, but also to the Jews of His time. And the same applies to Christianity in our time today.

The Lord gave this warning to expose those who are called pseudo-Christians.

He was speaking a parable?
According to Lord Jesus himself, yes he is.
MARK 4:34
34 But without a parable spake he not unto them: and when they were alone, he expounded all things to his disciples.

MATTHEW 13:10 & 13
10 And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables?
13 Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand.

Does the Lord intentionally use human language to test people.
Whether they will humble themselves and ask Him for mercy to reveal the truth of His word, or whether they will remain proud and interpret it only according to its literal meaning.

By speaking in parables, He will find His lost sheep.
And He will simply leave the proud as they are, for they have revealed themselves to be unworthy of sharing in the Lord's gift of eternal life.
Which they cannot share in,or understand His words, unless God calls and then gives them understanding.

The Apostle Paul, who knew the one true God, as a minister of the New Covenant, did not understand the Word of God according to the letter alone, because he did not want to be condemned
2 CORINTHIANS 3:6
6 Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.

That is why he understood it according to the Spirit. Therefore, his understanding came from God and not from any human being.
1 CORINTHIANS 2:13
13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

It is difficult for people to accept that the Lord Jesus speaks in parables, because what they read in the Word of God appears to be clear according to human understanding.
However, those who know the one true God are the ones who believe that the Lord speaks in parables.
And because of their humility in accepting His Word, He reveals to them the truth in the Word of God

You remain a false accuser.
I have never accused any person.
As the Lord said concerning spiritual matters, 'Do not judge, so that you may not be judged.'
Therefore, I do not judge you.

However, I have repeatedly told you that the Lord has revealed what kind of person you are regarding the Word of God, and I have believed in His revelation. For the Lord Jesus speaks the truth (John 14:5).

Will the Lord still see the humility in your heart so that He may grant you understanding of His words?

I will repeat this for the lost sheep.
The Lord Jesus said in John 3:12, 'I have spoken to you of earthly things so that you may understand heavenly things.'
JOHN 3:12
12 If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things?

"Regarding earthly things: A sound system works this way, when the person holding the microphone speaks, his voice comes out through the speaker.
Therefore, every voice that is heard comes from the one holding the microphone and speaking.
God is the One holding the microphone and speaking. I am only the speaker.
Can you say to the speaker, 'You remain a false accuser,' when it is the One speaking through the microphone who said it?"

However, I have repeatedly told you that the Lord has revealed what kind of person you are regarding the Word of God, and I have believed in His revelation.

God is the One holding the microphone and speaking. I am only the speaker.
Can you say to the speaker, 'You remain a false accuser,' when it is the One speaking through the microphone who said it?"
You are deeply confused.

YOU made the accusation. Your claim that “God revealed it” is completely indefensible.

This has probably already been shared somewhere in the 24 pages of replies, but if not:

The Son of Man is going away just as it is written about Him; but woe to that man by whom the Son of Man is betrayed! It would have been good for that man if he had not been born.” Matt 26:24. We don't have to wonder about this particular question. Judas Iscariot is awaiting his judgment in a place that isn't comfortable.

Are you saying that everything that we see in the New Testament that Jesus said is a parable? So is "Make them sit down in groups of fifty." (Luke 9:14) a parable? What about "Come aside by yourselves to a deserted place and rest a while." (Mark 6:31) The claim that everything Jesus said was a parable is just wrong.

Careful… he’ll start implying that you don’t know the Lord. ;)

It is indeed difficult for those who do not humble themselves before God to understand. Therefore, they do not know the one true God, nor are they granted the understanding that comes from God.

That is why the wealth of the young ruler in Luke 18:23 is assumed to be literal and physical riches.
But for those who do not know the one true God, they do not accept that the Lord was speaking in a parable.

However, the wealth that the Lord was referring to is the treasure found in a person's heart (Matt 6:21) .
It is the wisdom about God's Word that comes only from human understanding.
People do not want to let go of it, just as the young ruler refused to give it up.

That is why the Lord said to those whose hearts are seen by God to be filled with pride, It is impossible for them to enter the Kingdom of God..
LUKE 18:24-25
24 And when Jesus saw that he was very sorrowful, he said, How hardly shall they that have riches enter into the kingdom of God!
25 For it is easier for a camel to go through a needle's eye, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.

To make it clear, I will ask you a question. What do you understand by the word "parable"? Can you explain it?

Those who don't know the one true God look for someone to stand with them because they are afraid to face others alone.

But those chosen by God who know the one true God are not afraid to stand alone before anyone.
They know that the God they have come to know is their ally.

That is why David faced and fought Goliath alone. Because the one true God whom he knew was on his side, he was able to defeat Goliath easily.

But in your case, you are afraid, so you are looking for someone to stand with you. That is how people act when they do not know the one true God.

How do you get from Dino's post that he is (in your opinion) afraid, and looking for somebody to stand with him?

A parable is a story, usually based on an aspect of everyday life like farming or finance, used to describe a spiritual truth.
To complete the meaning of "parable" according to human understanding, this is how its definition can be read:

A parable is a short, simple story designed to illustrate a moral or spiritual lesson. Often described as an "earthly story with a heavenly meaning," it uses everyday events and human characters to explain complex or abstract truths

However, the Lord God gave a warning that what God thinks is not the same as what humans think. Yes,
He said that they are not the same.
ISAIAH 55:8
8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord.

And the Lord God revealed what He meant by the word "parable."
It is not the same as how people understand it.
For according to God, the meaning of "parable" is a difficult or unclear saying.
PSALMS 78:2
2 I will open my mouth in a parable: I will utter dark sayings of old:

I have already shared this situation with you.
Even if I repeat it, nothing will happen.

Until the Lord sees humility in your heart, He will not give you understanding (Proverbs 2:6).

That is why we will only keep going in circles about this.

2 I will open my mouth in a parable: I will utter dark sayings of old:
Yes, Psalm 78:2 ties in with what Jesus said about the reason He often used parables. Many people think that it was to make spiritual truths easier to understand, but Jesus said differently:

(Mat 13:10) And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables?
(Mat 13:11) He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.
(Mat 13:12) For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have more abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that he hath.
(Mat 13:13) Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand.

Matthew indicates that Psalm 78:2 points forward to Jesus:

(Mat 13:34) All these things spake Jesus unto the multitude in parables; and without a parable spake he not unto them:
(Mat 13:35) That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying, I will open my mouth in parables; I will utter things which have been kept secret from the foundation of the world.

I will only say this then I will leave the matter. You do not know me, and cannot see my heart to know whether or not the Lord sees humility there.
