I have seen a spirit once, perhaps I am one of the rare few that can see them. They do look like living water, so the living water that was sprouting from Christ, was a powerful spirit, perhaps even the "angel" Michael because angels are spirits too in a way.

It may be that all spirits look like that or do not, I have only ever seen one. They seem to hide very often, probably because some people can see them.

John 7:37 In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.

38 He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.

39 (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)

John 4:10 Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water.

14 But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.

2 Corinthians 3:17 Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.

1 Timothy 3:16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.

Colossians 2:8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.

9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.

Jesus is God manifest in flesh which means God manifest all His attributes to the man Christ Jesus.

So the man Christ Jesus is the personal human body of God a visible manifestation of the invisible God.

God glorified that human body and is His visible relationship to the saints.

1 Timothy 6:14 That thou keep this commandment without spot, unrebukeable, until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ:

15 Which in his times he shall shew, who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords;

16 Who only hath immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach unto; whom no man hath seen, nor can see: to whom be honour and power everlasting. Amen.

No person has seen Jesus and no person will ever see Jesus for He is an invisible God but He showed a visible image of Himself on earth and will in heaven.

The living water is concerning salvation when a person receives the Spirit to regenerate them, reborn.

There was no spirit that comes forth from Jesus as a spirit as an angel or spirit of similar status.

And the Holy Spirit does not come forth from Jesus in His visible form because the Spirit does not have to move because He is everywhere.

John 14:17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

18 I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.

Jesus was with the disciples in a visible image.

But then would come back to them by His Spirit which means they would receive Him spiritually but the Spirit did not have to move.

Jesus is an omnipresent Spirit.

There is no spirit that comes forth from Jesus.

And where does Michael the angel come in at when Jesus is God.

Some people think Jesus is Michael but He is not.

To be honest I don't know if the living water is a spirit or a species of energy being encouraging faith. I don't know the answer to that question.

"Angel" simply means "messenger" so it is a role, not an identity.

The archangel Michael is not the "living water"; that is a corruption of a corruption. The Jehovah's Witnesses believe that Jesus and the archangel Michael are one entity.

That is a different vision that I have heard from others. Might I inquire as to how you felt when you saw this, both emotionally and physically?

I know this is a strange query, but I seek understanding beyond what you have said already, possibly beyond what you realize.

It could be that angels are part of the holy spirit, part of God, which leads to many questions about the rebellion of angels against God. I just have this opinion for now though, I'm not entirely sure it's true.

It might be right though, they're a piece of the living water, because all spirits are. My information is limited but that's what I believe.

Oh I'm sorry, I didn't answer your questions, I was scared at first, because I didn't know what I was seeing, the damn thing jumped out my body, waved at me and left, it's a very strange experience.

That is enough. But if yo recall any physical sensations in addition that would be nice.

Water may be a metaphor for the HS.

They look like living water, it's not just a metaphor, that is what they look like to humans and every traditional culture has it's "water spirits" that can change into that form.
