I was just curious if there are any women on here that enjoy hunting and the outdoors whether solo or with friends, family. Where I live is kind of funny, blue collar guys often hunt, fish but our area probably has one of the lowest amounts of female sportsman. Even less are Christian. Even when I was on a dating app all the women that I found interesting were in Washington state, Oregon, etc. Christian girls that are interested in the outdoors, shooting sports tells me tonnes about them, not to for the faint of heart.

In NZ plenty of gals, possibly Christian enjoy the outdoors. Not so sure about the hunting/shooting but def get some fishing, sailing, diving, hiking, and close to home and in the bush trapping possums.
But I see you are in The USAsia, so, you don't really have a chance to come to NZ.

West Coast of NZ is where it's all at. Whitebait, deer, crayfish,
Check out Wild Foods Festival in Hokitika. I am sure some women/gals there, cooking up the game/catch.

It was started by a lady.

New Zealand is actually top of my bucket list for travel destinations. I would really love the opportunity to hunt Red Stag specifically, such a cool and majestic animal. I've had many Aussie, Kiwi even Samoan friends here in Canada over the years. One day I hope to visit them all these countries.

Howdy and welcome to the forum.

I am definitely indoor only, and very much against camping, so all I can do is wish you the best of luck in your search.

That's Mrs Kim Sundels.
She hunts grizzlies and other large game. Her husband owns an ammunition company and South African game reserve, so that helps.

My firearms classes were made up mostly of women. However, I remember only one of them was open to hunting. She was former military.
I don't want to discourage you, Im just speaking from experience. The only ladies I met who were hunters, their Dad's took them while they were young.

Your bucket list?
Yay we make peoples bucket lists!!
Perhaps the only list we make but winning a bucket is better than nothing.

Hilarious. I've never met a Kiwi I didn't like. 🤣 Thought of moving there at one point with my ex. Myself being a skilled tradesman and my ex being a teacher. Both careers that were in high demand at the time.

yea....that pay very little, unfortunately.
Australia wants you too.
What do your prefer...deer or crocodiles?

@Lozzie you must meet Rachel Hunter.
Not sure if she's a Christian, but I definitely know she's a Hunter.

Woman in the Wilderness is taken. I think Miriam Lancewood is still with her partner, but she might know of some others, however, can't guarantee they'll be Christian.

Drop her an email.

Oh just found out her partner had kidney failure, so she is going to be Alone in the World.

I am from North GA there are definitely many Christian females that love outdoors sportsman activities... While I might not hunt yet it's definitely on my list of things I wish to experience.... Although fishing bass and catfish, hiking, horseback riding and adventuring is always fun ... I am blessed to have like minded female friends that enjoy the outdoors as well ...

That's fantastic. I have YWAM friends from Georgia, NC and Kentucky amazing guys. The church I belong to was planted by a family from Louisiana. I have travelled all over the states but unfortunately haven't visited the south yet. I will say I love the southern culture, haven't met anyone from the south yet that I wasn't impressed with. Maybe one day the Lord will bless me with a southern belle. Lol

I eat everything, had alligator in Florida(bit chewy). Here in Canada I've eaten all the ungulate species as well as Bear and Mountain Lion. As long as you know how to cook it's all good. I've always wanted to visit Australia too. The accent alone melts my heart.

Ok, well you'd probably want to go to China as well, as they eat everything there.

Oh gosh , I cannot imagine seeing one of God's beautiful creatures in its natural environment and having the desire to kill it . It's a totally alien concept to me . In God's Kingdom , carnivores shall become herbivores 😁 . Lions and lambs shall sit next to each other and eat straw together and I am going to stroke a tiger . No bloodshed .
I do understand that some people still need to kill to eat , people who live in places where there aren't any supermarkets . That's totally understandable . But the desire to end a creatures life by shooting it from a distance or by catching it in an extremely painful and distressing trap is honestly horrifying to me .
Maybe I shouldn't have answered this post 😬 , I can only b true to myself and answer honestly from my heart .

First, howdy and welcome to the forum.

Second, I HAVE CAPS LOCK TOO, BUT I HAVE NEVER, EVER, EVER SEEN ANYBODY CHANGE HIS MIND ABOUT ANYTHING BECAUSE SOMEBODY USED CAPS LOCK TO ARGUE WITH HIM ABOUT IT. IT JUST DOESN'T HAPPEN.

Caps lock is "cruise control" for cool.

Third, Walmart never does carry venison. I love me a pot of deer chili. If Walmart DID carry venison it would be overprocessed and flavorless.

Fourth, have you SEEN the deer population this year? "Getting out of hand" doesn't even cover it. And don't get me started on the wild boar problem down in Texas.
