which is conditional life

I have eternal life.. why don't you?

have done the will of God?

fully?

the will of God or the purpose of creation to know love and serve God!

Hebrews 10:36
For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.
(eternal salvation)

Have I trusted him?

Have I embrced him like the tax collector?

yes.

Have you? Or you trying to be like the pharisee?

some can just not help themselves.

Works are a byproduct of salvation. Not a requirment to get saved.

God creates us into a new creation. Everything is change. including our new nature

pour old nater was to sin, that nature was crucified with christ

Our new nature is to do good works..

not to sin..

The disciples actions reveal and confirm over and over whose name Jesus was referring to in Matthew 28:19. (Acts 2:38, 8:12-18, 10:43-48, 19:1-7, 22:16)

There is not one instance in the Word of God where anyone administered water baptism using the phrase I baptize you in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost. Why? Because Father is a title, not a name; Son is a title, not a name; and Holy Ghost is a title, not a name.

Scripture reveals Jesus is the name above every name whereby we must be saved. (Acts 4:12) It was Jesus who was crucified to save the souls of men. (1 Cor. 13:1) And in Jesus dwells all the fulness of the Godhead. (Col. 2:9-12)

The Apostle Paul knew whose name was to be used in administering water baptism: "Is Christ divided? was Paul crucified for you? or were ye baptized in the name of Paul?" Have you ever asked yourself whose name was Paul referring to in connection with baptism?

the church was taught by Christ in person for three years

and is subject to Christ

eph 5:24

and has always been trinitarian in form!

do you deny the doctrine of the trinity?

where does it say of works?

Grace literally means gods facor. or his mercy..

You can not earn salvation.

all those passages do nto say what you think, the bible can not contradict itself

If God says I have been saved by grace period. not of works.. then he can not later come and say I have to do works

God is not the author of confusion

I know this may be a shock to your system but believing that you are right with God does not validate your position.

Proclaiming such is a sign of extreme ignorance.

Anything that can be freely given, can be freely taken back.

For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God." Ephesians 2:8

Salvation is the gift of God.

A gift!

"For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable." Romans 11:29

Stupid believers transform God into their own image.

Stop being stupid!
Stupid is a choice!

"For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable." Romans 11:29

it can? Is that what we do. we give a gift. then take it back?
Of course, its done many times. Don't tell me you need examples?

Grce is given based on Gods Grace, Not on our works.

we can not earn salvation. so we can not unearn salvation
No one is suggesting that we earn our salvation.

That's just you beating a dead horse that was never there.

lol..

Well John said I can know I have eternal life.

John 17:3
And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.
1 John 2:25
And this is the promise that He has promised us—eternal life.

1 John 5:11
And this is the testimony: that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son.
1 John 5:13
These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God.

If you do not know this fact.. then I would say you are either in ignorance. or you are in outright rejection

Of course, its done many times. Don't tell me you need examples?
no it can not.

When you give a gift to someone, it is no longer yours it is theres. If you take it back. then it was never theirs to begin with.
No one is suggesting that we earn our salvation.
Yet here you are saying we must earn salvation or it can be taken away.

That's just you beating a dead horse that was never there.
That horse is alive and well my friend.

Either you know you have eternal life

or your do not know because your trying to earn it

there is not a third option

By the grace of God who by obedience, we are Saved.

"After he was brought to his goal, he became the source of eternal salvation for everyone who obeys him," (Hebrews 5:9)

I leave the "chosen ones" to their arrogance. They can't help but be saved.

If in the end they are saved, who am I to question. If they in their ignorance continue in their delusion of self-appointed election, the world and her people will be served as a cautionary tale of thinking too highly of ourselves.

Why do you choose to be just as bad as they are?
Do you think being an opposite negates the other?

It is not as simple as that.

Sure!
You see their error, and resist.

But we are not to resist error with a counter error.
That leaves us all just as dumb as before.

:coffee:

I am not under law I am under grace.

I can be as good as I possibly can. I will still fall short.

why do you lower the requiments of the law to make it appear you have made it?
we are under law, the law of the Spirit in grace which has requirements

Romans 8:2
For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.

1 cor 6:15-20

15 Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Christ? shall I then take the members of Christ, and make them the members of an harlot? God forbid.

16 What? know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? for two, saith he, shall be one flesh.

17 But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit.

18 Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.

19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?

20 For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.

*****

1 tim 6:11-15

11 But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.

12 Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.

13 I give thee charge in the sight of God, who quickeneth all things, and before Christ Jesus, who before Pontius Pilate witnessed a good confession;

14 That thou keep this commandment without spot, unrebukable, until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ:

15 Which in his times he shall shew, who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords;
