My brother is a marine engineer. He could design one.
I used to design and build boats when I was young too. I had two unique designs I was quite proud of. One was called The Little Ship and had the latest mod-cons, and the other was a Tramboat, like a ferry that had could be steered two ways.

Maybe your brother could design a boat that can convert into a submersible. You'd make a fortune from sales to those who live in Florida and in tornado alley. Seriously. Millions are lost every storm season.

OK,anyone have a convertible or a sunroof for our 🦒roadie?
Some of us will have to resist the urge to paint their toenails if course. But compromise is possible I'm sure.

I've truly underestimated the value of taking along these giraffes...

The next time we need anyone to "show a little leg", I'm leaving it up to these guys.

(Besides, they look MUCH better in high heels than I do.)
