You think I'm lying, so prove your accusation with quotations of my own words. Until you do so, you are a false accuser just like the devil.
The scribes and Pharisees never admitted before the Lord Jesus that they were lying. They never openly acknowledged that they were in the wrong, even when Jesus confronted them.

That just is not so. John wrote:

NKJV 1Jn 5:13 These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God.

Have you asked the Lord what this means? Or did you simply understand it according to what people have said or based on your own understanding?

Because your understanding of the passage you quoted does not align with what the Lord said in Matthew 10:38–39. Therefore, based on your own understanding, you have been misled.
MARK 10:38-39
38 But Jesus said unto them, Ye know not what ye ask: can ye drink of the cup that I drink of? and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with?
39 And they said unto him, We can. And Jesus said unto them, Ye shall indeed drink of the cup that I drink of; and with the baptism that I am baptized withal shall ye be baptized:
I don't see my understanding of John's words as contradicting what Mark wrote in Mark 10:38-39. The context of the Mark passage is provided by the 3 previous verses:

NKJV Mrk 10:35 Then James and John, the sons of Zebedee, came to Him, saying, "Teacher, we want You to do for us whatever we ask."
Mrk 10:36 And He said to them, "What do you want Me to do for you?"
Mrk 10:37 They said to Him, "Grant us that we may sit, one on Your right hand and the other on Your left, in Your glory."

So that passage is not about assurance of salvation, but about Jesus responding to James and John's request to sit on either side of Jesus in glory. Not the same thing at all.

No one can be certain that they are already saved, because salvation is not easy.
If you say that you are already saved at this point, that is spiritual pride.
In physical life, it is called arrogance.

If James and John, who were undoubtedly true apostles and therefore belonged to God, were rejected by the Lord when they said that they were capable of doing what was required for their salvation, then how much more so you?
MARK 10:38-39
38 But Jesus said unto them, Ye know not what ye ask: can ye drink of the cup that I drink of? and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with?
39 And they said unto him, We can. And Jesus said unto them, Ye shall indeed drink of the cup that I drink of; and with the baptism that I am baptized withal shall ye be baptized:

You really think very highly of yourself.
MATTHEW 23:12
12 And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased; and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted
Brother, the idea that no one can be certain of salvation is not humility; it is fear dressed as humility.
Scripture never calls assurance “arrogance.” It calls it faith. John writes, “These things I have written to you who believe… that you may know you have eternal life.” Paul says, “We have peace with God.” Jesus says, “He who believes has eternal life.” None of these men treat assurance as pride. They treat it as trust in Christ rather than trust in self.

The passage you quoted about James and John does not teach uncertainty of salvation.
It teaches that they misunderstood the cost of discipleship, not the security of salvation.
Jesus does not rebuke them for claiming salvation; He rebukes them for assuming they understood the suffering required to follow Him.
Their error was presumption about their own strength — not confidence in His grace.
To say “no one can be certain they are saved” is not humility — it is unbelief.
Humility says,
“I cannot save myself.”
Faith says, “Christ has saved me.”
Pride says, “I must keep myself saved.”
Scripture says, “He is able to keep you from falling.”

Assurance is not thinking highly of yourself.
Assurance is thinking highly of Christ.

That does not follow.

You are deeply and dangerously wrong. However, the danger is only to yourself and anyone foolish enough to take instruction from you.
What is more dangerous and frightening is teaching the Word of God based only on human teachings or on your own understanding.

NKJV 1Jn 5:13 These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God.
Your apparent understanding of this passage is a trap set by the enemy of God. That is why it is truly frightening.

Is it still not clear to you that James and John believed they were already saved, which is why they were asking for a position?
Yet the Lord’s response showed that they were not even assured of their salvation, and they were already asking for a position.
They first had to drink the cup that Jesus drink before they could be saved.
Therefore, their conversation was still focused on salvation.

You really do take the Word of God very literally.

Unless there is clear indication otherwise, we should start with the literal meaning of the text. That doesn't mean our understanding is limited to the literal meaning, but the literal meaning is usually the full truth.

The passage in Mark is about them requesting Jesus to grant them privileged positions in glory, not about assurance of salvation.
That is why they were asking for a position because, for the brothers James and John, they believed that they were already saved.
But how could you ask for a position immediately if you had not yet made sure that you were saved?

It is truly difficult to understand the Word of God if the understanding does not come from God Himself.
Human beings can only understand the Word of God according to its literal, physical meaning.
However, that literal understanding does not correspond to the truth.

Truly blessed are those who are poor in the wisdom of God, For they will be granted wisdom from God.
MATTHEW 5:3
3 Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

I think it is look at the fullness I'm afraid to say because nobody Trust the holy Spirit so I'll just say this and in them passages what does Jesus actually say? a few things, them are the things you need to pay attention to! we all ask stupid questions and then try to justify the stupidity, well there's a good example right in the Bible. But the focus should not be on them Erroring greatly . Jesus said What to that focus kjv english
I never did look that I remember all my studies were years ago we didn't have any internet, Only the books and it took hours to find out the stuff I'm sharing but yeah it's translated words amplified Bible Thompson chained and of course the strongs and it was still hard it wasn't laid out right in the open. I spent the whole day maybe two or three on ants in the bible and today I can't find it . Maybe someone really remember the farmers fought over food the ants supplied on a fence line. it may be something eelse but it makes a whole lot of sense to me

So if they believed that they were already saved, the passage in Mark has nothing to do with assurance of salvation. They already had that assurance.
John and James believed that they were already saved because they were among the apostles.
However, the truth is that salvation was not easy, according to what the Lord Jesus told them.
Even though they were among the apostles, since salvation was not something easily attained, they still had to drink the cup that the Lord Jesus drank before they could be saved.

Therefore, what Dino246 said, that he is 100% saved, comes only from his own belief and not from God.
Because it contradicts what the Lord said in Mark 10:38–39.
Such a belief is a trap from the enemy of God.
If the brothers John and James, who were already among the 12 apostles and had no doubt about God, were still not certain of their salvation, how much more so Dino246, whom the Lord is exposing?

Sadly, you don't have the assurance of salvation that the Bible describes. That probably means that you are not saved.
Of course, I am not yet certain of my salvation. That is why I continue to ask the Lord God for mercy, because I believe in Mark 10:38–39.

And your belief that simply being here means you are already saved is a deception from the enemy of God, which you have chosen to believe instead of believing what the Lord Jesus said in Mark 10:38–39.

That is why I feel sorry for those you are teaching this belief to, because it comes from the enemy of God.

Mark 10:38-39 is not about being saved. We are told what Jesus said about being saved in John 3:16, which says that it is by believeing in Him:

NKJV Jhn 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

The Mark verses are the response of Jesus to James and John request a more privileged place in heaven than the other apostles.

So do I, but it has no bearing on anyone's salvation.

And your belief that simply being here means you are already saved is a deception from the enemy of God, which you have chosen to believe instead of believing what the Lord Jesus said in Mark 10:38–39.
Huh? Who says "I believe that simply being here means I am already saved"? I certainly didn't. I think you're putting words in my mouth so you have an excuse to criticize me.

That is why I feel sorry for those you are teaching this belief to, because it comes from the enemy of God.
Your use of causal relationships between ideas is strange. Your rejection of Bible truth is sad.

You don't understand the Scripture, and as you refuse all instruction, there is no point in explaining it.
