What is the process by which man places their sins onto Jesus?

Good important question: How can our own sinning make us guilty of wrongly smiting Jesus' body on a cross? Afterall, we were not there.

Because all sin is committed against Christ, and not only against man.

The offense of the cross, is not only that Jesus Christ the righteous was beaten and crucified by wicked hands, but that all we who have sinned against Him, are likewise made guilty of shedding His innocent blood.

Jesus was not imputed with any sin on the cross, for He knew no sin. All men that sin are imputed with crucifying Him to a cross.

No. Man cannot impute anything upon God. It would make him as authoritative as God. While all sin may be against God, this in no way imputes our sin on Him. As well, none of the verses you cite say man imputes their sin on Christ. Just because a group condemns an individual, that doesn't rise to the level of imputing sin.

Simply put, none of the verses you cite means what you say.

True. What's the question?

Are you saying that only they were guilty of His blood? Not all us that have sinned against Christ, are likewise guilty of His blood shed on a cross? Even though He must come to die for all our sins, and not only the hands that slew Him?

Did He not need come in the flesh and die for our sins, unless we have not sinned against Him? Or, because our own sins are not so evil as others, especially not to reject and crucify the Son of man?

For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.

The teaching of Scripture is either true or not. It's not directed at anyone in particular. Afterall, even as the prophet does, I include we all in the great error at the cross.

Good question. And very important. First of course, because Jesus prophesied they all would:

Behold, the hour cometh, yea, is now come, that ye shall be scattered, every man to his own, and shall leave me alone: and yet I am not alone, because the Father is with me.

And so, none of us can say we would not have, and made Him a liar. However, as to why Jesus' prophesy was fulfulled by all? And would have by us also like them?

Because of His perfect obedience to the Father, while in the hands of His accusers and beaters, and crucifiers:

The Lord GOD hath opened mine ear, and I was not rebellious, neither turned away back. I gave my back to the smiters, and my cheeks to them that plucked off the hair: I hid not my face from shame and spitting.

We have to put ourselves in the shoes of the disciples at the cross. When we would not have already known, that Jesus is resurrected from the dead. Which proved He was indeed the Son of God with power, as He said;

Concerning his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, which was made of the seed of David according to the flesh; {1:4} And declared [to be] the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead:

Would we have believed the man Jesus hanging on a cross as a cursed blasphemer, was instead the Son of God as He claimed? First, All the leaders condemned Him of blasphemy;

But most importantly is the fact, that the Son's obedience was so perfectly done, by the Father's command, and for our own sins, that no one could possibly believe He was the righteous Son of God to come with power, that he not only submitted to His accusers and slayers, but did not even offer up a single protest nor defence.

1 Pe 2:22
Who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth. Who, when he was reviled, reviled not again; when he suffered, he threatened not; but committed himself to him that judgeth righteously:

A righteous man may be wrongly imputed and condemned as a transgressor, but will no doubt protest innocense, and most importantly at least give his defence when offered. Paul made his own defence, because he was not called by Jesus to lay down his life for his false accusers..

Among men, only a guilty man condemning himself, will offer no protest nor defence, and willingly submit to whatever the judge rules, even unto death. The consenting guilty may offer an apology, but not a defence. Jesus Christ did neither...

Mat 27:42
He saved others; himself he cannot save. If he be the King of Israel, let him now come down from the cross, and we will believe him.

His obedience as a Lamb to the slaughter was so perfect, that no one believed He could possibly be the Son of God, most of all His disciples.

And finally, since it was necessary that all were made unbelievers at the cross, so that any who repents to believe the gospel of His resurrection, may be forgiven and saved from sinning against Him, the Jew first and also the Gentile.

For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.

Jesus' glory at the cross is His perfection of obedience to the Father, for the sake of us.

By the willingness of Jesus to be perfectly weak in the hands of men, God has power to draw all men unto repentance for His name's sake:

Paul no doubt is concluding the same for Jesus at the cross with all men, as it was for himself with the church at Corinth;

But be it so, I did not burden you: nevertheless, being crafty, I caught you with guile.

By not using the power he had as an apostle to be burdensome of others, his willing weakness drew them to be charitable to him.

By not using His power the Son of God by resurrection, now draws all men to Himself to be repented with charity to all men;

Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. Jesus perfectly fooled all men into consenting to His death, that He might gain the more by the foolishness of the cross.

(we also know that the Roman governor, Pontius Pilate, saw through the ruse of the Jewish leadership, as neither he nor his wife believed that Jesus was guilty of anything worthy of death ..

And yet, Pilate was consenting to His death, against his own conscience, as against Roman law.

Not just the law of God was abused by the leaders of Jews, but also the leading Roman failed in justice of Rome.

And so, all were made guilty at the cross, the Jew first and also the Gentile.

When it comes to laying down one's life, then good intentions alone are meaningless. Especially if we know the truth and do it not.

You have erroneously conflated "accused of sin" with "imputed with sin". They don't mean the same thing.

What did you mean (specifically) when you said that God "imputed His Son with sin"

You've never heard it before? That God imputed Jesus with our sin?

It's the basis for OSAS justification apart from works: Their false traidtion is that God imputed Jesus with our sins on the cross, so that He paid the death price of our sins for us. Therefore, if we now sin, we do not have to pay the death price for our own evil doing.

It's the false basis for saying OSAS Christians are no longer condemned for their own continued sinning.

The recorded truth of Scripture, is that only men imputed Jesus with sin of blasphemy on the cross, and that their own unjust sinning against His body killed Him.

God did not impute Jesus' righteous soul with any man's sins, nor did He die by any sin to the Spirit of life. The only price for sin, that Jesus paid, was willingly submitting into the hands of sinful men, in obedience to the Father:

Knowing Jesus to be a righteous man, and finding no guilt in Him, is not confessing Jesus the Son of God.

He was false accused and imputed with the sin of blasphemy, for calling Himself the Son of God and making Himself equal with God.

Some of the rulers of the Jews (the Scribes & Pharisees) certainly seemed like they did, but where does the Bible tell us that the Apostles/Disciples did too

Finally, there is this verse (and others like it), a question that the Lord Jesus asked His Father while He was on the Cross, that must, of course, be considered.

And here we have the only challenge to the prophecy of Scripture, that it was only men and not God, that imputed Jesus with sin and smitten of God.

God the Spirit did depart from the Son on the cross, by the space of 3 hours of darkness over the land.

After this, Jesus knowing that all things were now accomplished, that the scripture might be fulfilled, saith, I thirst.

The Son was not thirsting for natural water, but for the Spirit.
But why? Only to fulfill prophecy, not because of any sin imputed to the Son by God.

However, there are 3 Persons of the Godhead, and the Father remained with the Son on the cross unto death:

And he that sent me is with me: the Father hath not left me alone; for I do always those things that please him.

This Scripture is also wrongly applied to Jesus on the cross, as though being imputed with our sins as cause of God forsaking Him.

The Spirit departed to fulfull prophecy alone, and the Father looked upon His own Son's soul without sin.

Psa 22:16
For dogs have compassed me: the assembly of the wicked have inclosed me: they pierced my hands and my feet.

Isa 53:11
He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities.

The Father saw the unjust travail of His righteous Son, not any sin imputed to Him. The Father looked upon the manner of the Son's own righteous soul unto death, though falsely accused, condemned, and esteemed smitten of God by all men, even His own disciples.

And the Father was well pleased in seeing His own dear Son's innocent soul, without any hatred nor reviling against any man on earth:

1 Pe 2:22

It was men that falsely accused Jesus of blasphemy and sedition. Not God.

But God laid on Jesus the consequences of the sins of His people so they might have eternal life:

Every Chrisitan should know John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
God "GAVE" His Son to save whoever believes.

Nothing in scripture says God accused Jesus of any wrong doing.
BUT Jesus was the innocent lamb. Made to bear our sins to the cross.
He paid our debt by paying the penalty of sin.
He took our sins to the cross and they died there with Him.

Jesus was raised from the dead but our sins remain buried and forgotten.

Picture an old woman with bowed back trying to haul a wagon load of rock up a steep incline on a mountainside.
Someone younger, stronger takes her burden and hauls it up to the top of the cliff to dump it over into the abyss.
That person might fall and tumble over himself. But he is not the wagon load of rocks. Neither is the old woman.

We all at the cross imputed Him guilty and smitten of God as by law.
