@Karlon, this place called Sarabeth looks very nice. Beautiful interior and the menus are pretty good too.
Here, i would try the calamari and the jumbo shrimp scampi bucatini. @CarriePie , what do you think about this place?

@Karlon i'm also a bit surprised when you said that you take the subway. 'Big shots' like us don't take the subway.
Also, as it currently stands, subways have become Liberal training grounds where the mentally insane throw people in the subway and the liberal judge lets them free even when they're caught on camera doing the act.
So, not sure why would you take the subway in NYC.

datzphunnneee! i'm not a big shot. i don't view myself that i'm better than anyone else, not even before i was a Christian. i used to be very soft spoken cuz people, generally, didn't take to liking me. also, because my parents beat us up mentally, physically & spiritually. that caused me to be shy & afraid of people. i had a huge inferiority complex believing no one liked me & that was worthless. its immeasurable how bad it was. i know i have mentioned this many times but i just want people to know the severity of it so they can condition in themselves a Christian defense toward this behavior when they are subject to it. my then g.f. liked subway rides more than me so i had to please her too. i always preferred the taxi to see the sights. 1 time, a guy stared me down for a long time on a subway ride. it seemed he thought i was a undercover cop & ready to subvert any trouble. i won the "stare down". nothing occurred. too, in the beginning, it was a matter of how tough i thought i could be riding the dangerous subways, to see if i was scared. i believe God protected us. btw, we never had dinner at sarabeth's always breakfast.

Well, send more restaurants for review and i'll send a few my from my area too. I'm not into the whole Red Sox vs Yankees by the way, don't watch a lot of sports and the Liberals ruined FIFA too so i don't watch that either.
That Italian FIFA president was a joke and Trump took him for a ride.
When one of the U.S. players got red-carded, Trump called the Fifa president and essentially told him "Why you red-carding my player? You want me to deny your visa or what?".
And he reversed the decision. Belgium was up in arms and they sent a 'strongly worded statement on Twitter about appealing the FIFA decision and all that' but in the end Trump won.
Gotta love Trump.

Also @Karlon i don't know if you also remember when Macron was stuck in NYC and called Trump and essentially said "Can you pick me up bro? I'm stuck in the traffic you created"

i have never viewed myself as a big shot, not even before i was a born again Christian. i was for a long time, a soft shy person because of the way my parents treated me. we were beaten so bad i was afraid of people & even things in life. & i didn't show myself to be high & mighty. i veiwed myself as worthless for decades. but i grew out of it later. it wasn't til my 30's that i changed. my then g.f loved subway rides. i preferred the taxi cuz you could see the sights. 1 time, a guy stared me down for a long time. it seemed he thought i was a cop ready to subdue trouble. i won the stare down. nothing occurred. but my 1st reason for subway rides was to see if i was scared, i wasn't, i trained myself to relax. i have never been there with my wife, i wish we could go but n.y.c. is a political morass. i have never been to sarabeth's for dinner, only breakfast. some CC members think i brag about what i have done or where i have been. but when i see posts in which people never have been here nor there, or that they are afraid to get started with a project, i would try to encourage them with ambition, initiation & courage. same thing as if someone attended a seminar of encouragement. also, i was born legally blind, so if i, with my disability can accomplish this or that, certainly someone with great vision can do it easier! & then add in the lousy upbringing. okay, enough on that! another thing about taxi rides, you can go all the way around the island of manhattan & see the sights. such a great personal way of enjoyment.

rainbow room: rockefeller plaza, 65th floor, 1 of our favs, 4 seasons, now closed, used to be on 99 e. 52nd, Sardis, midtown, balthezsar on spring in soho, , also, paulo's, pagliacchi's, fraunce tavern, olie's-mid level, b. smith's, in the theater district on 46th but now closed, the view restaurant at the marriott marquis, midtown, 47th floor. they have a revolving 360 degree view. that was 1 of our favorites. we would enjoy holiday dinners there. the staff made it known that they wanted you to spend money because it was so preferred by everyone. i dodn't remember all the restaurants we dined at in n.y.c.

Nice! I will check these places out and comment later. Not sure if i'll be back today or tomorrow but thank you for all the restaurants you sent so far. I've enjoyed reviewing them
