The subject is eating with unwashed hands, this tradition taught that someone eating with unwashed hands might ingest something that is unclean unknowingly.

Why do Thy disciples transgress the tradition of the elders? for they wash not their hands when they eat bread. Matthew 15:2

The Bible says that every creature of God is good for it is clean because it is a spiritual covenant now and not a physical covenant.

Jesus took the physical ordinances of Israel out of the way nailing them to His cross because they were contrary to us for they had no bearing on salvation.

It could be God's coming judgment against people who practice secret or false religion, using the imagery of pagan rituals and eating forbidden unclean foods like pork and mice.

The verse targets people who pretend to make themselves holy ("sanctify and purify themselves") through pagan rites in sacred gardens or groves rather than true obedience to God.

We can eat pork in the New Testament for God said all creatures are good which the spiritual covenant takes away the physical covenant of the distinction of animals.

Abraham Knew about clean and unclean

In Genesis 15:9–10, God instructs Abram to bring a heifer, a goat, a ram, each three years old, plus a turtledove and a young pigeon for a covenant ceremony, all clean according to Leviticus 11

YESHUA rose on what is called the “wave sheaf” "tenufat ha’omer (תְּנוּפַת הָעֹמֶר) and the “firstfruits” are bikkurim (בִּכּוּרִים), with the day of the offering known as Yom HaBikkurim (יוֹם הַבִּכּוּרִים) — “the Day of Firstfruits”

What First day of the week that Yom HaBikkurim lands on each year is determined from the Passover, (The day Jesus said to Keep in Remembrance of Him) - There can be 1 to 7 days Between Passover and Firstfruits - Resurrection Day, depending upon which day of the week Passover lands on.

YESHUA died on the 4th day of the week

He was put in the grave at the Beginning of the 5th day at evening

Day 5 evening and morning One day
Day 6 evening and morning Two days
Day 7 evening and morning Three days

JESUS rose while it was still dark - That means He could have rose at anytime after that week's sabbath ended.

The faithful early believers kept Jesus's command to keep the Passover in Remembrance of Him until the RCC corrupted the faith

Paul had taught the Galatian believers to turn from pagan idolatry to the worship of YHWH in “spirit and in truth”

Some had began to keep the days, months and years of the pagan gods that they worshipped before knowing the truth.

And Paul warned them, that if they went back to keeping the times and days of the heathen gods that they worshipped , Then All of his work teaching them will have been in vain, a waste of his time, done for nothing.

During the Millennium all the Appointed times of YHWH will be kept including the Passover Ezekiel 44- with animal sacrifices in Memorial

what will not be celebrated during the Millennium are the unholy days of the RCC, christmas and easter
