After everything we've learned about the early history of the church and how it originally went from a Premillennial view of the Millennial Kingdom reign to an Amillennial view based on politics, EVERYONE should take this as a lesson to READ THEIR ENTIRE BIBLES so not to be misled by any church.

I truly think that's why God/Jesus allowed the the church to end up in such disarray after Rome killed Peter & Paul. If they had read their Bibles instead of hanging on every word from early philosophers, and allowing pagans to incorporate some of their practices into the church, maybe they wouldn't have fallen into the trap they are in.

Lesson: Don't rely on ANY man to teach you when you have God's Word available right in front of you and the Holy Spirit to guide you if you're reading it with an open heart to God/Jesus and acknowledge that His thoughts and ways are better than ours (as if ours matter anyway!) He reigns and calls the shots.

This is what it comes down to for me and I think it reasonable to view it this way.

Covenant theology, preterism, partial preterism and historicism, ( I will concede) are reasonable conclusions if one picks up the Bible and reads for oneself.


A person has to be taught dispensationalism (except for the ones who found a way to create it as a system) and it is a system completely based on clever eisegesis.

But its the opposite? You pick up the book of Revelation, which I did, and you read about two witnesses, you see that has NEVER ever happened in history, therefore its future. Its just so ridicilous to try to make them "the Church" when there is nothing in the text to suggest that. Its clearly two men, most likely Moses and Elijah based on the miracles, or Enoch and Elijah since neither of them died, whoever you think they are, they must be two men. And no two men have ever been dead for 3,5 years and rose again.

This works for everything, there is just no way to make a preterist or historicist view fit, its too much ignoring of Scripture. When read that way I can make the seals be about the war in Ukraine, since its talking about a fourth the land, meaning the land of Ukraine you see.

Show me the man of lawlessness that was slain by Jesus in history, show me the two witnesses.. Where is it? I got no problem believing something different if there was some proof, but I havent seen any.

I will have you know that I was "taught dispensationalism" by no less than Christ Jesus, Paul and the rest of His apostles.
Not to mention the OT prophets including Moses. All of whom received their insights via the Holy Spirit Himself.

So yea, I am feeling pretty good about my status. That being a blessed soul who has been bequeathed with the Spiritual gifts of wisdom and knowledge.

That's because you're not looking at where they are located. The 144,000 representing the 12 tribes of Israel are redeemed Israelites that work as witnesses for God/Jesus during the final Great Tribulation.

They are Israelites, I agree.
I think you are making the mistake of assuming that they are chosen from people that live on earth in the future.
