My wife Darlene (JesusLives) passed away last night. I am quite sad and miss her terribly already. The pain is almost too much to bear but with the grace of God I will survive and move forward with my life. Of course, this is going to take some time, but time is all I have right now. At the moment I am a bit lost.

How much warning did you have before she left?

For the last year she was having trouble breathing walking back and forth. At rest her breathing was OK. Last night, just resting on the couch she was gasping for air. Called the paramedics. First, they gave her oxygen. During this process her heart stopped beating. CPR was given but to no avail. I believe that the main problem was that she was overweight and her heart just gave out trying to pump blood. I was given about an hour warning. Happen sort of suddenly. Sad. :(
