My wife and I are retired in the Philippines (Batangas).
We travel back to the USA for a few months each year then come back to the property we've built here.
We live in the deep provincial mountainous regions of Nasugbu, rather isolated.

I've re-dedicated my life to Jesus Christ last November (Saved 40 years ago).
I truly wish there were more Bible-based churches here, I am decidedly not Catholic and will never worship there.

I am lacking the base of a church here and seeking options.
We had a Bible study at our house a few months ago but it seemed less than it could have been, for lacking direction.
As it is, it seems I'm limited to absorbing His written Word and services through YouTube videos but lack any personal human interaction.
My wife is Saved and Christian but doesn't share the same level of conviction and doesn't want to talk about it.
Our two adult kids currently living here with us are not saved (Breaks my heart to the core).

Any suggestions regarding finding a church base?

I did a "non-denominational church building in Philippines" search for you. Here are the results:

  • Major Megachurches: The Christ's Commission Fellowship (CCF) is one of the largest, with its main CCF Center in Ortigas East, Pasig, hosting up to 40,000 members and operating 85 satellite churches nationwide. Other prominent non-denominational megachurches include Bread of Life Ministries International (BOL) and Grace Christian Church in Quezon City.
  • Church Planting Organizations: Groups like River Rock Church Philippines (RRCP) focus on planting churches in remote barangays, currently operating over 35 locations, while Victory Christian Fellowship and Calvary Chapel Manila are also significant non-denominational entities.
  • Local Congregations: Numerous smaller non-denominational churches operate in specific communities, such as Believers Church in Cebu City, Union Church of Manila in Makati, and various Calvary Chapel branches in Cebu, Panglao, and Manila.
  • Structure: These churches generally reject hierarchical denominational structures, emphasizing expository Bible teaching, contemporary worship, and local church autonomy, often serving diverse linguistic communities in both English and Filipino.

You can try looking these up Christian organizations and see which one God will work through. I will also pray for you! Very happy that you've come back to Him!

Let me know how things work out with which one God picks to plant in your area - or if you find some other ministry that will build a godly church in your area.
