An attempt would be made to teach them the error of their ways and teach them what it means to be born again and what it means to walk in the Spirit (the Holy Spirit does not lead anybody to cling to their sinful lifestyles)

If they aren't interested, then 1 Corinthians 5:13 would be utilized because the flock must be protected from those that would influence them to become sin friendly.

So, if it's true that the majority of believers are pentecostal and charismatic, these people generally believe salvation can be lost.

No, if they believed they could lose their salvation as God's Word teaches then they would refrain from doing sin.

It's the people who believe they cannot ever lose their salvation that have no problem with living in sin because they have been falsely taught that they cannot never lose their salvation even if they live in sin.
