Regardless of whether he is thanked by the media or not, do you think that the President has the authority to violate U.S. law if in fact the Ending Importation of Russian Oil Act prohibits the agreement President Trump made with Putin?

Applying Christian beliefs to politics has been problematic ever since Peter told the Sanhedrin "We must obey God rather than men!" (Acts 5:29)

How should we do this in the current political situation to issues such as national borders, abortion, globalism and lawfare?

Apparently the US lacks sufficient refineries to turn the oil into diesel.
Also, we cannot isolate our energy market from the global market.

No President has the authority to violate laws that are Constitutional,
and no Congress has the authority to make laws that are Constitutional.
This is where/why a Constitutional/apolitical Supreme Court is needed to check both branches.

I think many voters err by electing Marxist and re-electing do-nothing Senators.
